As soon as I entered the reception, I realized I had made the reservation (already paid) for the previous day, my bad. But then I gently asked the woman there if she could be understanding and give me a room, she said no, and laughing in my face told me she could have checked me in at 9 and I should have checked out at 11. It was a bit annoying, but I said ok and asked if I could have a little discount on the room for the same day. She told me, "You will pay full price". I left the hotel saying goodbye and thank you, she didn't even reply.
Furthermore, the reception hall was smelling like urine.
Lack of sympathy and not clean. Please don't come here.

Wonderful and cheap place. Located very close to Thermal Pools, Mierapolis as well as the site of Hot-air Balloon takeoff

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. It's absolutely terrible. The front desk staff will scold tourists, but the manager will not care at all. They will forcefully charge fees. I have traveled to more than a 20 countries and this is the first time I have seen such a horrible hotel. I felt like my life was being threatened.

Very basic hotel. Stayed in the smaller room. WiFi was good. Breakfast was included.It's walking distance to the entrance of the traventines. It's ok for the price.

The place is nice (although mid-April the pool was closed.).
The restaurant was quite good (esp. the "sat kebab" !). They were very friendly when we came to have dinner. But we felt a bit odd when we left : they never showed us any price, and the ones we got charged in the end seemed more expensive than they should be : almost 3000TL for a full diner for two (incl. mezze & drinks).

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very kind and friendly. We stayed there for a night, so the price I paid was defo cheaper and worth it. The nigh we stayed in, it was pouring unexpectedly and we had to cancel our dinner plan. So we stayed in and ordered from the same hotel. The hotel owner's wife made us a yummy dinner. It was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a good experience.

Everything was perfect, the owner was really nice and breakfast was tasty. We didnt expect this. We were surprised!
