There appears to be such confusion online, between THIS accomodation, which is "Begonville Pansion" in the old town, and the Begonville Apartments, which is outside the old town, as people are talking about reception areas, and TV in the rooms, NEITHER of which Begonville Pansion has! Right in the centre of the Old Side, everything is very close and easy walking distance. The various beaches are also very easy walking distances. Loads of bars, restaurants, shops within easy reach.

Family business in the ancient city of Side, in the heart of the historical sea and nature. It will be completely renovated as part of the restructuring next year. Wonderful place to stay, quiet, friendly and with positive energy. Metin, Lale and Turgay make your stay even better with their presence. This was our second visit . On arrival you are treated like royalty, with drinks on hand and cases took to your room. The rooms are very nice with excellent air con and well stocked fridge. I felt the entertainment team wasn't as good this year to previous time. The only downside is checkout. The reception team seem to let it down. we stayed for 11 nights, food and drinks was tasty (food some times cold), room nice and clean, near pool really good sunbeds, but in the beach not so good and comfortable. Just back from Barut Hemera and all I can say is WOW!! Absolutely the best holiday we've both had everything about the place is top class. Lovely family hotel, rooms cleaned everyday. Plenty of sun loungers . food was good, really liked the fruit and desserts. Burgers available most of the day. The hotel is listed as four star, but I would give it three stars. No WiFi in the rooms, only the lobby area. The music by the pool is extremely loud all day - mostly techo, and since most of the hotel guests were retired, totally unsuitable. I've just returned from a great 5 night stay at Lowe hotel. I booked a standard room but got upgraded to Pool view, the room was really tidy and furniture looked relatively new. Had an issue with a lock on the door on arrival but this was solved relatively quickly. Fantastic service and friendly, cheerful staff. Beautiful clean pools and rooms. Hygiene standards are very high and all areas are cleaned regularly. A fairly short walk to a fantastic shopping area and also a huge choice of restaurants. I hope to revisit this gem of a hotel in the near future.

Good quiet location. Beautiful garden area. Staff is amazing both at reception and the bar. They really are doing their best to keep you safe and satisfied. We even got little souvenir magnet and packed sandwiches for out flight back home.

The hotel is a bit out the way of everything.rooms for a family of four never have enough towels no chairs for us all to enjoy time on the balcony. All inclusive is poor drinks and food not the best. We had to find a hotel last minute as our first fell through. So at 3am we checked in. Night receptionist (Anaal) was super friendly and welcoming. Staff at the hotel were super friendly (Emel the manager - was great) and accommodating. Hotel was clean, pool was clean and well maintained. Would recommend if you’re on a budget.

Pool is clean quite, warm and deep enough you can swing your legs. Breakfast is weak.They don't change dirty towels and sheets until you say so. They have to change them daily without asking also clean ones smell terrible they should dry them correctly.

The miniclub was really good. The girl who worked there was so nice and kind to the kids. She did a lot of fun activities with our children and they loved playing with her.
