Castival Hotel

Our room was very comfortable with all you could need for a nice time. Every day the towels were changed and refreshments refilled every day too. Angelika for guest relations was most helpful, with advice on information and bookings and was always ready to help us. The restaurant staff were helpful and polite and there was a good variety of food on offer.

Thank you for the wonderful service. I big shout out to Muattar guest relations manager. All the staff are so wonderful and helpful. The hotel looks stunning and accommodating to families and their children. Drinks are also good. We would recommend anyone to visit this hotel for a holiday

We have always been passing this hotel all the time and we were glad when we got here , cause we didn't know that was the hotel we have always admired. The hotel is lovely and it's in the right position for shopping and the service is fantastic, rooms perfect and spacious. Good selection of food choices and the pool area and pool bar lovely. Loved the entertain. Staff all pleasant and very friendly. Guest relation team fanatic. We have stayed at other hotels where they are too far for shopping mails ..we will come back again soon .

A fabulous hotel which I would recommend. The service provided by the staff to ensure you have a memorable holiday is first class.
Food was great, dining area was great. The cocktail lounge and balcony were superb, absolute luxury. Pool area was fine , little cramped but didn’t affect the quality of the place. Bedroom were not high quality, probably needed a little updating, but again it wouldn’t warrant a negative to the holiday.
Entertainment happened throughout the day the Entertainment/guest liaison Muatta , was clearly busy all day making people happy.
There was a shuttle service to the beach, it’s only a 2 minute ride on the golf buggy or it’s an easy 6 or 7 minute walk.
Food served on the beach was also excellent.
Nice soft sand, shallow warm waters to paddle in . It was a perfect October holiday

I was in the middle of September, for 7 nights. the temperature outside was extremely pleasant, around 30 degrees Celsius, and the sea water was 28 degrees Celsius. For those who are more comfortable, the hotel offers a generous complex of swimming pools, with a maximum depth of 1.40m, as well as 4 low-height water slides. To get to the beach and the sea, you either have to walk about 200m on a paved path or wait for the hotel's electric car that makes the transfer on this route; this will leave you at the end of the footbridge over the river, where you have the opportunity to meet and feed the turtles, and after a short 50m walk, you will reach the hotel's private beach: you can choose between a deckchair (advice: don't be late) or directly on the sand because there is quite a lot of room. If you are fond of water sports, you have a location right next to you that offers different activities. The food was very tasty, plenty and very diversified; the place is kept very clean and the personnel is very friendly and always smiling.

Would definitely recommend visiting here once in your life! Such an amazing hotel! I come with my family end of august and would definitely come back here again! 33 degrees perfect amount of sunshine! The hotel is amazing such as the staff are too! Big shout out to Muattar who has helped us so much and looked after everyone as best as she could! The hotel is lovely! The food is delicious and the activities are great!

Excellent service, the hotel is beautiful and staff are very welcoming.
There is different entertainment for children and adults alike…. High energy and very fun!! Absolutely amazing. Would 100% come again. Highly recommend to anybody wanting a family holiday!

Everything about the hotel is great, especially fun team. They’re made us so energetic, having really good time. Not only adults, but also children had a good time. Mini Club made them enjoy the time

I’ve had a wonderful time with my family. The service had blown our minds. The food spectacular, the people are so friendly and our overall stay has been amazing. 5+ stars, we have been to Castival Hotel last week and I already miss it. We had an amazing time as a family of four adults and one child. Everyone of us had so much fun and lots of things to do and experience during our stay at Castival. It was not very crowded, we would always find sunbeds by the pool and by the beach early in the morning. The food was diverse and delicious, but I personally love Turkish food so it was such a blast to find such a good selection of traditional cuisine and desserts every day. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly with a smile on their face everytime, and the entertainment team would create such a great atmosphere with their performances during day and evenings. My daughter enjoyed the kids club activities and the mini disco that took place every evening. We have also enjoyed the Mexican night and the other live shows and also the piano shows that took place in the lobby.
If we were to choose Side for our destination again I would definitely go back to Castival Hotel.
