Sueno Hotels Beach Side

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses. No horrible plastic cups anywhere!
We went to a couple of shows and the entertainment was spot on. There is plenty of fun things to do for children! Fairground, games room with tenpin bowling, water park, play ground and many more things to do.

Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa.
Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay, the staff , the service , all incredible ❤️ Would love to come back next year.

I recently stayed at Sueno hotel in Side, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly courteous, always ready to assist with a smile (English language should be more widely spoken among the staff), and the cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property. I felt very safe, with security present but unobtrusive. There were plenty of activities to keep guests entertained, and the food was diverse and of excellent quality.

On the downside, the hotel felt more like a huge tourist village than a traditional hotel. With the “all-inclusive” formula, it naturally attracts large crowds of tourists, which made certain areas feel quite busy.

I’m not entirely sure if it lives up to its 5-star rating, but I had a very enjoyable stay. In the end, it was manageable and I left satisfied.

Excelent hotel and excelent staff. Spetial thanks to Jazira and Buse for everything, they help us about all questions. Good rooms, and high quality service in everywhere, great swimming pools, and meals also are delicious

We are a family of 4. We are in Turkey for the second time, the first time in Side.
We stayed at Sueno from June 21-28. The weather was perfect, an average of 35 degrees, we also had a breeze that was also felt on the hotel balcony.
__ the beach: fine sand, nicely placed sunbeds comfortable enough, you could find free sunbeds almost at any time.
the entry into the water is very smooth, up to 1 m deep and at a distance of 15 m from the beach, perfect for children PERFECT.
the water was very hot, I didn't get such hot water even in Greece in August.
____on the beach under the sunbeds there are quite a few cigarette residues.
--------------The hotel is very friendly to smokers----------
it is smoked anywhere outside, even on the terrace of restaurants where others are eating.
The hotel is very friendly with the animals they have several cats over 10, ugly, fat, that walk all over the place (I have 4 cats at home, I know what a cat should look like) there are chances that he will climb on your chair when you eat.
_____The room is quite spacious, quite comfortable, the air conditioner is quite noisy, the room is not very soundproof, the balcony is very small and if the neighbor comes out, you can shake hands with him, the bathroom is ok, spacious.
The room cards are demagnetized, it happened twice.
____people those at the reception are almost the only ones who know English.
- the rest of the very young employees only know Turkish and Russian, it took 6 people to give me some simple information.
- if your children do not know Russian or Turkish, there is no point in leaving the activities organized by the hotel staff to them
THE SUBER BAD OPINION :
I paid 24 euros for 2 children to reserve at the children's town (lolipoptown) for one hour. A real chaos of organization on the part of the staff. The staff does not know English, several people who were waiting started arguing with the staff because of the organization. They couldn't play in the houses because of the heat and they stayed at the gate after the fire engine, the conclusion is NOT WORTH IT. the children of the somewhat uncivilized Russians.
-_____ the food is clearly not 5 stars, comparing to last year where I went to Belconti here it was much weaker.
_there is always a queue at the bar, the staff does not cope with the demand, besides they do not understand English
- the juices, the cocktails, are not 5 stars
- the evening shows are for Turks, I caught 3 stars where I lasted 10 minutes but the Turcs liked it.
_____the pools are ok, warm, clean, 1.4m deep, only the one at slides is less deep, 1.2m.
the slides have a 1.5 hour lunch break, but they close 5-10 minutes earlier anyway.
