Very nice place for a perfect holiday in the old city. All monuments are at 10 minutes walk. The hotel offer spa and fantastic roof terrace with nice marmara sea . Breakfast offer lot of fresh food cooked at moment. Biscuits are lovely as well cheese selection. People is lovely and the person at desk will take care of you as an old friend . Always discrete they will offer you good time and good experience in town. Will be back sure soon .

Beautiful hotel - slightly faded elegance. Kind and attentive staff - but not intrusive. Lovely plunge pool to cool off after a hot day site seeing. Excellent breakfasts.

Amazing hotel, Staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hotel facilities like the sauna and pool. The breakfast was delicious. They recommend some excellent trips and attractions. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed from 21-28 August and we had the best experience. The receptionists Onur and Yusuf were amazing and had such a helpful attitude. Our room was clean, rightly sized and had such a good view. The breakfast was always 10/10 and all hotel staff were lovely. I cannot fault this hotel and its service. If I come to Istanbul again, I would want to stay here again for sure.

5 stars for incredible service. Very helpful and friendly staff with booking taxis and giving information about the city. Always opened the doors and helped us with bags. Pool was small but fine. Good breakfast. It is a fairly steep walk down from the blue mosque area, but it was in a quiet location. 10 min walk to nearest tram line or taxis could come straight to the front door of hotel (we did both options). Rooftop terrace had a beautiful panoramic view of the sea of mamara. Booked triple room with wooden flooring. Relatively clean and daily house keeping. More tabletop surfaces would have been better. The blankets were a bit rough and thin, though, which made the sleep not as comfortable. Would still recommend just for the impeccable service.

Booked this hotel and was not disappointed . The staff were very helpful and polite. They went above and beyond for us. Will definitely book here again. Thank you so much for making our stay in Istanbul comfortable!!

Excellent location and value for money. Just a few minutes from the blue mosque. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the terrace was really nice to go and sit and chill at night.
Only downsides. The rooms/bathrooms were perhaps a bit dated and the breakfast was not great. Otherwise I'd have given this place 5 stars.

Hotel is of a decent standard, rooms are a good size. Breakfast is below average, not alot of options and pretty much the same everyday.
Its approximately a 8/10 minute walk from blue mosque.
The closest tram station is also 7/8 min walk.
Excellent view from rooftop terrace although the terrace needs a little more going on apart from a few tables and chairs.
You can easily arrange airport taxi yourself rather than arranging with reception, they will take a little cut and also try charging you 220 lira for a toll road (dont fall for that), taxi to the airport should cost between 800-1000 lira

Lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance from blue mosque but would be an uphill walk on roads that aren’t great if using pushchairs (but around 150/200 lira to grand bazaar so not a huge issue). Rooms were clean and housekeeping came daily. Nice roof terrace with stunning views. Hotel breakfast had some variety each day but was typical continental style breakfast, and was overall very pleasant. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The area has local parks, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The pool is small, but nice for a dip, and was often empty. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. Location is reasonable but quite a steep hill up to sultan Ahmet. Beds very comfortable and breakfast selection very good. Staff very friendly and helpful
