I will never set foot in this hotel again in my life!
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I’ve never even heard of rooms more horrible than these.
The windows provide no insulation, it’s as if they weren’t even there!
During our 3-night stay, we were in 3 different rooms, and we couldn’t get any rest in any of them.
The walls are paper-thin, you can hear every word from the rooms next to and above us. Talking, TV—literally everything!
I never would have imagined having such problems in a four-star hotel!
I’d give the place 1 star.
The only positives are the staff and the breakfast.

Fairly good hotel, located within the walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Obelisks and other main attractions.
Personnel is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is quite sufficient. Rooms are not very spacious, with signs of usage, some maintenance could help.
Spa is not big, but ok. Some maintenance couldn't hurt as well.

Breakfast was mostly sweet but not bad. It lacked protein items.

From IST around 2000 TRY ( for big cab)

Hello. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation we had, we will gladly return to this hotel every time we come to Istanbul. we received an exemplary welcome, and the staff was amazing. They were attentive to us, helped us with everything we needed, explained everything very well. Everyone was exemplary, but especially the gentleman at the reception, Oguz, was a great help to us! rarely so employed, very attentive to the needs of the customers. Thank you once again for the wonderful vacation!!!

Very nice place for a perfect holiday in the old city. All monuments are at 10 minutes walk. The hotel offer spa and fantastic roof terrace with nice marmara sea . Breakfast offer lot of fresh food cooked at moment. Biscuits are lovely as well cheese selection. People is lovely and the person at desk will take care of you as an old friend . Always discrete they will offer you good time and good experience in town. Will be back sure soon .

Beautiful hotel - slightly faded elegance. Kind and attentive staff - but not intrusive. Lovely plunge pool to cool off after a hot day site seeing. Excellent breakfasts.

Amazing hotel, Staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hotel facilities like the sauna and pool. The breakfast was delicious. They recommend some excellent trips and attractions. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed from 21-28 August and we had the best experience. The receptionists Onur and Yusuf were amazing and had such a helpful attitude. Our room was clean, rightly sized and had such a good view. The breakfast was always 10/10 and all hotel staff were lovely. I cannot fault this hotel and its service. If I come to Istanbul again, I would want to stay here again for sure.

5 stars for incredible service. Very helpful and friendly staff with booking taxis and giving information about the city. Always opened the doors and helped us with bags. Pool was small but fine. Good breakfast. It is a fairly steep walk down from the blue mosque area, but it was in a quiet location. 10 min walk to nearest tram line or taxis could come straight to the front door of hotel (we did both options). Rooftop terrace had a beautiful panoramic view of the sea of mamara. Booked triple room with wooden flooring. Relatively clean and daily house keeping. More tabletop surfaces would have been better. The blankets were a bit rough and thin, though, which made the sleep not as comfortable. Would still recommend just for the impeccable service.
