I was very satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Harmony at the reception. He was extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. The hotel was comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Turkey.

Place absolutely to avoid. There were bedbugs in the bed! Very noisy, you hear everything. Not acceptable! Breakfast is very poor!

This hotel is more like a motel and the receptionist working there was the rudest person ever with worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. These are some booking comments to back up my claim

It was nice hotel with a very good location near to all tourist spots. Staff was courteous , friendly, and helpful.
–Rooms are a bit small size but if you have to spend the time, out roaming around and spend less time at hotel then it's ok. Rooms are OK for couples but if you have kids then you may require big rooms

The room was extremely noisy, the windows were not soundproof and I was able to rest. The hotel does not have a private parking lot, but you can park for a fee in the private parking lot if it is available. The pillows were very uncomfortable, the bedlinen had holes and the breakfast was extremely poor. We will definitely not come back!

The dismissive and unprofessional behavior exhibited during our conversation was uncalled for, especially considering that I was merely seeking information.
It is disheartening to encounter such an unpleasant encounter with a hotel representative. It is essential for hospitality establishments to uphold a standard of professionalism and treat potential guests with respect, regardless of their roles within the establishment.
Based on this encounter, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to others. Trust is a crucial aspect of any guest's experience, and the treatment I received over the phone raises concerns about the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. First of all, very nice and helpful staff! We asked them to call for a cab towards a bus station for airport shuttle and they told us that station was not reachable by taxi. They tried to find the best and closest station, researched on the internet for us. They let us leave luggage some hours after the check out. Very helpful and kind staff both in the day and night shift!
The room we stayed in was a bit small and they would need a bit of reconditioning, but the beds are really comfy! If you spend most of the time visiting the city, it is a good and very clean place to stay!
