Sunlight Hotel & SPA

I booked this hotel by Booking.com and I fully regret it. The information is not correct for example on this hotel have a restaurant. In reality, it only had a small bistro-like setup, not a proper restaurant.The food provided to guests was sourced from nearby restaurants.The cutlery and dinnerware were dirty and improperly washed.
The room was completely different from the ones shown online.Dark interiors with inadequate lighting
Very few electrical sockets,Dirty walls and dusty curtains .The mattress was too large for the bed frame, causing it to lean dangerously. Sitting on the edge meant you risked falling.
Nails were sticking out from the bed frame—posing a serious safety hazard.
There were no accessible sockets for the electric kettle. Every time we needed tea, we had to unplug the fridge.
Cleaning Services Were Almost Non-Existent
In 10 nights, the bed was made only once.
Housekeeping only changed towels and left water bottles. No mobbing or dusting etc.
While the hotel is located in a tourist-friendly area, it is extremely difficult for those with mobility issues. Hotel Sunlight is situated on a steep hill, making it a struggle for people with conditions like osteoarthritis or asthma.
As for Hotel Sunlight, my experience was horrible—from false advertising and poor hygiene to safety hazards and rude staff. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you care about your comfort, safety, and well-being.

I booked a family room, but when I arrived, they didnt give me that one, and said it was booking.com problem !? Because I paid less than should be (There was a discount when I booked the room ) !! and then said they well change the rooom after some days ,but they didn't. There is no food order by the room telephone, you have to get down to the restaurant to order the food and then they keep you waiting along time.

* good breakfast with very nice view from the terrace.
* 10 min walk to the station .

Terrible customer service from manager. I had a delayed flight resulting in checking into hotel a day late. When I requested a refund not only was I refused refund but I was also declined stay in the hotel for the remaining booked period. The reason for this was in fact the hotel had a double booking so instead he tried to overcharge on rates. Absolutely disgusting attitude with no heart for customers. Unfortunately I am still pursuing a refund through booking.com

Not that good I thought it was. At one day they start to building at the hotel at 10:30. A lot of noice, for me I think thats not very kind to your people because they want some rest? The “ room cleaning “ is no cleaning? No clean bed, or something they only give new touwels. The badroom is to small and the food in the morning is nothing special. Far away from real turkish food. Sadly but its a no for me.
