There were blood stains on the bedsheets, and the shower was filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room. We had paid for a sea view, but the new room was not a sea view. We told the assistant that we paid extra for the sea view and he told us that there is no other room and the price is the same. I booked the hotel on Expedia and definitely paid extra for the sea view. We also told him it was not fair that we got moved to a cheaper room with no discount, and he disregarded our comment and said call us if there is anything else you need.. We were not given any discount or anything for our trouble. Very dissapointed, do not stay here.

We called the front desk and were taken to a different room down the hall, which was not a sea view like we paid for. When we told the assistant that we paid for a sea view room, he told us that there was no other room and there was no price difference. This is not true. We paid extra for the sea view room, but we were not given any discount or anything to make up for the trouble. Very dissapointing.

We stayed in this magnificent hotel for three days. We came with a group of 27 people, with a wonderful discount for the group in the best rooms with sea view. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. especially those working at the night reception. The hotel's breakfast was very good. The breakfast room had a magnificent terrace overlooking the Black Sea. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can go for breakfast. The rooms have everything, especially a large refrigerator, clean and soft beds... There is a market, restaurant, jogging path and swimming beach close to the hotel. We liked our hotel very much, we are thinking of coming again when the weather gets warmer.

Chose an ocean facing room. The food is good and the restaurant view is excellent. The rooms are big and good for family. The parking can be an issue as the property has lots of other commercial establishments next to it.

Hotel location is great with sea view and around 15 minutes far away from Almydan and it takes less than 15 minutes walking to the beach.
Cleaning wasn’t good enough, Bed sheets weren’t clean and I always come back to my room to find the empty cups still there.
Receptionists were very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was good but they don’t refill the empty plates.

I stayed in this hotel for three days, the only positive point of the hotel was its view. The sound of the street from the window and the voice of the residents of the next room could be heard from the wall as if there was no wall. Very very ordinary breakfast. The cleanliness was so poor that we saw cockroaches in the coffee and hair in the cooked vegetables. Even though we told the manager about the cockroach and hair, he told us without any apology that you can change them. Every day after returning from outside, the card did not open the room door and we had to go to the reception
