There were blood stains on the bedsheets, and the shower was filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room. We had paid for a sea view, but the new room was not a sea view. We told the assistant that we paid extra for the sea view and he told us that there is no other room and the price is the same. I booked the hotel on Expedia and definitely paid extra for the sea view. We also told him it was not fair that we got moved to a cheaper room with no discount, and he disregarded our comment and said call us if there is anything else you need.. We were not given any discount or anything for our trouble. Very dissapointed, do not stay here.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, The room was not clean, with stains on the bedding and a persistent odor. Additionally, the service was unhelpful, and several amenities.

Given these issues, I request a partial refund or other compensation for the unsatisfactory stay. I hope you will address these concerns promptly to improve future guest experiences.

We stayed in this magnificent hotel for three days. We came with a group of 27 people, with a wonderful discount for the group in the best rooms with sea view. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. especially those working at the night reception. The hotel's breakfast was very good. The breakfast room had a magnificent terrace overlooking the Black Sea. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can go for breakfast. The rooms have everything, especially a large refrigerator, clean and soft beds... There is a market, restaurant, jogging path and swimming beach close to the hotel. We liked our hotel very much, we are thinking of coming again when the weather gets warmer.

Hotel location is great with sea view and around 15 minutes far away from Almydan and it takes less than 15 minutes walking to the beach.
Cleaning wasn’t good enough, Bed sheets weren’t clean and I always come back to my room to find the empty cups still there.
Receptionists were very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was good but they don’t refill the empty plates.

I stayed in this hotel for three days, the only positive point of the hotel was its view. The sound of the street from the window and the voice of the residents of the next room could be heard from the wall as if there was no wall. Very very ordinary breakfast. The cleanliness was so poor that we saw cockroaches in the coffee and hair in the cooked vegetables. Even though we told the manager about the cockroach and hair, he told us without any apology that you can change them. Every day after returning from outside, the card did not open the room door and we had to go to the reception

I have stayed in Yildiz Life hotel twice in Aug 2022. The location is good. Rooms are big, the restaurant is ok. However, the staff are not cooperative and the service is really poor. I got a room with broken shower head, i went down to talk to the receptionist about it twice and told me they we will fix it same day and they never did for 3 days!!

The rooms are very good, the staff is very friendly, the place is very close to the airport, the prices are very reasonable, the staff speaks multiple languages, the sea view is great, it is very suitable for families, it has a car park

Recommended for everyone. A very nice and cozy hotel with spacious rooms. Just beside the main road and black sea shore. View was excellent both from the room and terrace restaurant. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks yildiz life hotel staffs.
