Washing my hands is clogged, and even in the rain, there is no water leakage. My slippers are thinner than paper, and my bed sheets are not clean. They have all been washed thin. Apart from the good location, everything else is too poor

The room is medium in size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom area is slightly larger. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and answers questions enthusiastically. Breakfast is simple. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the long-distance station and the central park.

The location was excellent, just a minute walk from the meydan. The views were breath-taking and the staff were were friendly. The bedroom was clean and spacious, however, the sofa covers really needed a wash

Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location. Looking forward to stay again. We haven't spent a penny on Taxi being one minute walk from the heart of Trabzon Medan.

It was a nice hotel. Furniture is new and the staff is friendly. Special thank to the reception staff namely Arkan (Afghani) and Gocha (Turkish) I guess. The Location is close to Mydan and it is a clean hotel. However breakfast could be improved.

Place: Very crowded place, noisy and smelly. No parking available. The good thing is, it's very close to the airport and small stores. 5/10
Reception: kept us waiting for about 30 minutes before they gave us the key even though the room is ready. 2/10
Hygiene: The place is underwhelming, the hygiene is very poor. 1/10
Price: VERY pricy for the quality they afford 1/10

the room was nice .concerned, too, but the elevator malfunctions, and the breakfast menu can be considered as one of the cons of the poor. you have to stay may be recommended if families usually leaves in the centre of Trabzon.
