Clean and tidy with smiling cooperative staff. The breakfast is very nice and delicious served in bufet style at the spacious clean restaurant at the roof with a beautiful view. The staff there are active and attentive with a sharming smile early in the morning. The location is really excellent two minutes walking to the center of the city (meydan). It is surrounded by some Pubs so expect some loud music at night especially during weekends.

Careful. First floor is very noisy from the street nightlife which finishes around 2.30. I asked for a floor change. They made me prepare my bag each morning for two days but the change never came without an explanation or an excuse. Last day wake up call didn’t occur so I almost lost my flight. Good cleaning service. Friendly reception with problematic English but not much mood to offer effective service for its customers. Almost everything could be better! I

It’s a few meters away from Trabzon Meydan. So location is great. Friendly staff, good breakfast and small rooms. My family and I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Room is good for 2 only, so some furniture removed next to the door so as to fit for the 3rd bed. Wi fi is very weak in the rooms but not in reception. Second night, rooms were not clean, so asked for extra quilts. Room service is fast and accurate. Old furniture. In general, I rate this review as average.

A behind the field and its strange light have floating and if Maria works as a watch every place feel like you're in prison there are no factors of nuisance the street hear it, even the corridors and rooms are not insulated.
