Funda Hotel

Very small room. They provided only one small towel for three adults.
They offer central ironing service but charge unfair fees.
The room had only two power outlets.
The closet was too small to meet the needs of even one person.
Breakfast was very basic.
In addition to all this, there was a moldy smell in the room.
Overall, I did not like it at all.

For a 4-star hotel, and for the rate they charge, they should do much better.
Decent location and view, not the best though. The view from the restaurant is nice though.
Rooms are decent size. However, the bathroom fan was not working and was not fixed despite multiple requests.
The staff in general are nice and helpful.

There were two of us. They gave us a single key. I asked for a second one and they initially refused, asked for money before eventually giving me the key. Within a day or two, both keys needed programming. They should know that when on vacation, you don't need the hassle, they should try to make our stay easy and comfortable, not argue with the guest over a room key.
Also, they always left a single hand towel despite requesting two daily. One day we left food in the mini fridge and kept the key in to keep the electric supply (we turned off everything else), we came back to the key pulled out and the fridge turned off.
