The hotel was nice, but the only problem was that the room was a little cool, the heating system was insufficient, it does not go above 32 degrees, it is not good in snowy weather, other than that, the hotel is comfortable.

Excellent hotel a little far from the center but well served by several dolmus. Large, comfortable and clean room.

We asked them about 4 times to turn the AIr conditioning on but they keep tuning it off after a while.

Rooms are good but there is humidity inside the rooms, bathroom was leaking from up and this is the reason for humidity
There is only one lady cleaning and that's not enough, Cleaning need improvement (bedcovers was full of hair, they need to change the laundry they are using, are dealing with)
The breakfast was excellent, Halima is doing great job and makes very delicious omlet
