Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

We are timeshare owners. It is my favorite week of the year. This is, from what I've seen, one of the BEST resorts on the Broadwalk. The Marriot bar is right next door. Check-in was smooth and painless. Got to our room, as soon as we walked in, I had my breath taken away (literally) because of the mold and musty smell in the room. It was so bad I couldn't breathe. Definitely won't come back here. Room smelled like something is wet. Carpet felt dirty, couch and chair had stains. Bathroom was nice, the walls needed to be scrubbed, had pink mildew in cracks. This hotel was so so, horrible smell and overpriced. There was a very foul almost a mixture between moldy and pet urine smell throughout the whole hotel including our room. My stay was overall a good stay ,clean rooms and bathrooms. What i do have an issue with is they present a mini bar in the room with no inventory of what's in the fridge and snack bar. Before i checked out i got a bill for my resort fees and that bill was on point. I just got my credit card statement they charged me an extra $35.97 for things that were supposedly eaten or drank from the mini bar...

The service and location was great. But the room was not as good, the shower door didn't fully close causing water to get all over the floor of the bathroom. Every time that the air conditioner turned on it would make a clicking sound, you could hear everything that was happening outside your also. It might of just been our room though. This pool area gets pretty crowded with Europeans and their kids very quickly each day. For whatever reason, they're all down here by 8-9am every morning. If you don't hustle, you won't have a spot.

This past weekend was my 26th birthday and I spent it with the Double Tree Hilton. The valet down to the beach crew treated me with the greatest hospitality. The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

This is a very visited place, everytime i came here is crowded, it's a good place for families. Have a live restaurant-bar, very nice and always serving nice food. It's near the pier so you can get romantic anytime that you want. They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. It's one of those beaches where you can actually enjoy your time there. It's not too pack so you'll get a nice spot on the beach. It is family friendly and being i was with my nephew, it was great. I came here for work and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff has kept my room fresh every day and the bar service was fantastic. When i come back ill be staying here again!! I highly recommend trying this hotel out. It was not even crowded.

The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. They have a generator for emergency lighting and we had hot water the whole time. They need to add the lobby TV to the generator power just so guests can keep informed about the outside world when an event like this...

Exceeded our expecations. Rooms felt clean and roomy enough...standard size with a kitchen as well. Was literally on the beach boardwalk....right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores and beach shops. Location ans view was unreal. You dont need a car here...so if possible id reccomend ubering out there to save yourself the hassle. You can walk anywhere as its right on the boardwalk....

Awesome place and nice staff. Just a bit expensive but worth when you have access to magnificent Hollywood beach n Broadwalk just out of door!!!

Great place right on the beach. You cant beat location . Huge terrace with lounges and tables. Management is very helpfull and friendly. Oh yeah ,and you can get free beach towels and chairs. Parking is right behind the building which is very convenient. Love this place. Would recommend to everybody.

booked this place last minute a little hesitant because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised!!! location is unbeatable, ocean front views, café downstairs and world famous Mamacitas Latin restaurant next door, the staff was very polite and helpful. This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home

We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Stayed here a couple days ago with my family. Location is great and the prices were even better. Need to give a shout out to Marvin at front office, he’s a credit too this hotel, he was warm and welcoming, always there when you need him and went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable.

Wonderful and very helpful communication from staff re checking in. Super clean room, all amenities, lovely looking pool, but didn't have chance to get in it. Read excellent reviews about May Dee Suites and agree wholeheartedly, it was a "hidden gem". Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Amazing hotel and good place to spend time with family.good pool and siting area. Has smoking area by your room.the room has 2 ac unit.so you are nice and cool. We came in late so they left us the key in safety box.communication was top notch and staff are amazingly helpful. Very nice little place. Well kept and exceptionally friendly. House keeping could be better. Top of fridge and shelves in closet, very dusty Drawers of dresser needed to be wiped out Pool was delightful.
