Great big hotel complex on the ocean with private facilities, Parking, beach, swimming pools, meeting halls, shops, restaurants and a pier for yachts and boats. The hotel is classified as business hotel of the resort on the ocean. Located in the Northern part of the Peninsula of Miami beach in Hollywood Beach.

Clean and fairly up to date. Included breakfast was ok. Not really within walking distance of anything. You'll need a rental or taxi. Close to airport and cruise. Free airport shuttle. Cruise shuttle is $10 per person.

Definitely won't come back here. Room smelled like something is wet. Carpet felt dirty, couch and chair had stains. Bathroom was nice, the walls needed to be scrubbed, had pink mildew in cracks. This hotel was so so, horrible smell and overpriced. There was a very foul almost a mixture between moldy and pet urine smell throughout the whole hotel including our room. My stay was overall a good stay ,clean rooms and bathrooms. What i do have an issue with is they present a mini bar in the room with no inventory of what's in the fridge and snack bar. Before i checked out i got a bill for my resort fees and that bill was on point. I just got my credit card statement they charged me an extra $35.97 for things that were supposedly eaten or drank from the mini bar...

The service and location was great. But the room was not as good, the shower door didn't fully close causing water to get all over the floor of the bathroom. Every time that the air conditioner turned on it would make a clicking sound, you could hear everything that was happening outside your also. It might of just been our room though. This past weekend was my 26th birthday and I spent it with the Double Tree Hilton. The valet down to the beach crew treated me with the greatest hospitality. The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

This is a very visited place, everytime i came here is crowded, it's a good place for families. Have a live restaurant-bar, very nice and always serving nice food. Great location Good price. Our room was not what was pictured on web site. Sofa bed sheets were dirty. Called to get sheets and they just brought them to the door. We had to strip the bed and remake ourself. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. I came here for work and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff has kept my room fresh every day and the bar service was fantastic. When i come back ill be staying here again!! I highly recommend trying this hotel out. It was not even crowded.

This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. They have a generator for emergency lighting and we had hot water the whole time. They need to add the lobby TV to the generator power just so guests can keep informed about the outside world when an event like this...

Very nice little place. Well kept and exceptionally friendly. House keeping could be better. Top of fridge and shelves in closet, very dusty Drawers of dresser needed to be wiped out Pool was delightful.

I loved my stay here, for an "INN" aka motel , it was one of the cleanest I been to. The hotel keepers Danny and his finance were so warm and welcoming , I traveled from NY and I needed a place to stay nearby. They only suggestion I will make is to have House keeping arrive a little later, they knock on your door so early in the morning and this is your only chance to have the rooms cleaned. Belvedere Inn is a clean, safe place to stay. The rooms are impeccably maintained. Highly recommend for a few nights or a weekend!

This is an old hotel that's outdated, however it's clean, the staff is friendly and the view will take your breath away.

The Diane is Permanently closed! After hurricane Irma. It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer...

I stayed for almost a week. Wonderful, helpful, over-the-top staff!!! Great location! I met family in Fort Lauderdale, and I ended up with a situation at the motel I was supposed to stay at. Long story short: My family was at The Diane, and I went to The Diane (it was a weekend, and everyplace was full), where they bent over backwards to accommodate me in my situation. They had no vacancies...
