LOVE the Conrad!!! The hotel is a great place to stay. Staff friendly and willing to help in all areas of the hotel. Minimal smoke smell. Restaurants are amazing. Night life bar is fun. Shopping is good. Easy access to all events, shopping, and restaurants on Las Vegas Blvd. Highly recommend going here and know your hotel room will be clean, comfortable, and quiet.

I have a mixed review for The Conrad. Valet
Services and the Bell Services were quick and efficient. Check-in, though busy, was timely. The property was beautiful. However, we had an overall terrible experience with the hotel, and won’t stay again.
Throughout Saturday there was an ongoing party during the day in the room adjacent to us. I didn’t make a complaint to the desk, as there were multiple employees on the floor that couldn’t possibly have missed it. However, that evening, same room, there was a fight and screaming from 230 am until past 4 am. I attempted to call Security repeatedly, however the number their automated system provides doesn’t actually connect you with the security team. On my third try over the course of things I finally got a person at about 4. They responded to the crazy beside us by asking them to “keep it down” but with 3 hours of sleep for a 7 hour drive I faced that day, the whole situation was a mess.
I’m aware that the hotel can’t control the actions of their guests, and that it’s Vegas, but this was out of control. People were slammed into the wall so hard on our adjoining wall that artwork almost fell, the screaming was actually scary, and the subsequent crying from participants was hours long. This wasn’t a “keep it down” situation.
I tried following up in the morning with the front desk, and was met with “I don’t see any notes about it”
I’m sure I just had a bad experience, but for the cost of the stay, go somewhere else. The options in Vegas are endless.

Rooms are very nice and nicely appointed! We had a suite…nice! Coffee maker didn’t work but housekeeping quickly brought us another one! Temp control is great! Beds are amazing!! Some great restaurants…some are just mid! Most staff were very friendly…just a couple that were just ok. Disappointed that we couldn’t get late checkout for 2:00 as a Diamond member.

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. We had a suite and it was wonderful. Had issues with the lights, though. Some would not work. Like the one in the shower or above the mirror. The casino is great. Small, high roller room. Took a while to get drinks in the high roller room. That was disappointing. But that only happened Thursday night. The waitresses that came on Friday and Saturday were really quick. Friendly staff. There are good places to eat. Pricey food but really good. Try the grilled cheese sandwich. That is awesome. The location isn't the best. I like to walk out of the hotel and have options for other hotels/ casinos right there. All in all its a really nice hotel. Very open casino. The spa is amazing.

Excellent room, hotel, and view. It was very pleasant experiences. It is a little bit far from the main Vegas Strip, but it is manageable. I think it is one of the cleanest and newest hotels in Vegas. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. If there are more staffs available for Honors Members in the front desk, it would be much better.

It's no secret that the location of Resorts World is a little far from the main strip action, but it's manageable and definitely worth checking out. Now, specifically about the Conrad, this new hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and relatively quiet. The elevators are quick and plentiful. Check-in and check-out lines definitely get long, so I highly recommend using the Hilton Honors app with the digital check-in. That allows you to bypass the line completely. I will strongly consider staying at the Conrad again, no doubt about that.

Had an amazing time in Vegas in great part due to The Conrad. The service we received was immaculate and very friendly. The room had modern decor which was very clean and spacious. The casino/lobby experience didn't feel like a mad house and felt luxurious. They exceeded all expectations I had. I will definitely be staying at The Conrad every time I'm in Vegas. I greatly suggest doing the same.

From the moment we arrived everything was superb!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property is extremely clean and just stunning overall! Room was very nice and modern. Lots of dining and drinking options on property. It is a bit of a walk from the "main" strip area, but would absolutely stay here again when visiting Vegas!

Newly built and just beautiful. Hotels decor Is soothe and modern. Loved the large lobby, casino offered latest slot machines and games. The room was just gorgeous with great views. Hotel staff were polite and accommodating. Although the check in process was hectic with no clear line formation and not enough staff on duty to fast track the process.
