I love a comfortable stay which Hilton was definitely able to deliver.
And the digital checkin process was impressively convenient.
But, we were bothered by unexpected knocking by a staff in the morning of checking out day.
Digital checkout didn’t go through smoothly; needed to get a checkout confirmation at the lobby after long wait in line.
And the building is so modern and unique
The room and the hotel itself are all new
The pool was expansive, beautiful, calm and clean; bars and food were readily available and connected to the hotel restaurants so you could get almost anything delivered. It did close at 4 which was a bummer. The rooms were very clean, newly renovated, and with excellent views.
The service was kind, and responsive.
We stayed at this property 2 times in the last two weeks. Booking two separate rooms each time.
The showerheads were broken in both rooms I stayed in. I noticed a hair tie holding the shower head up the first time so, when I stayed in a completely separate room and had a broken shower head that would not stay up I ended up using my hair tie to use to do the same thing.
Fix your showerheads!!!!
The baseboards looked like thaey hadn't been cleaned since opening weekend. Seriously, what I joke. It's crazy to see a hotel room feel like it's 10+ years old when it's 4. We've stayed multiple times previously and booked your two bedroom suite for Thanksgivings along with rooms for all our family members. I will not be taking them back to broken showerheads and dirty rooms. You need to get a handle on upkeep!
I will happily stay back at our regular spots Palazzo, The Wynn and Bellagio. There is no Room Service. The Gym is better but I'd rather have a working showerhead.
