Unfortunately cleanliness is not taken seriously by this hotel at all. All towels have stains, the rooms are not cleaned properly and the AC smells of mold. We could not sleep well and were coughing. Beds are a bit uncomfortable and feel outdated. The gym machines have not been wiped down in a very long time as there are sweat stains all over and most of the equipment is broken. The front desk staff is friendly; Tyler, Elizabeth and Leslie were sweet and helpful. Breakfast is free and included from 7-9am which is positive but there are very limited options. Scrambled eggs, waffles and toast. Parking is free which is a plus. We were supposed to receive a phone call from the manager in regards to feedback but have yet to be called back.

The room was bad, the service was bad, and the attitude was bad. It was promised that the airport shuttle would arrive at 22:30, but it actually ended at 20:30. When I asked, I didn't know, I didn't know! There were no facial tissues, shampoo, or shower gel in the room. When I asked about it, I was told that they were in the process of purchasing, so they didn’t have any! Absolutely bad reviews for this kind of hotel!

I booked my stay at this hotel through the Booking App, and unfortunately, this will be my last time choosing this place. Despite being relatively new, it fell short in several key areas. The cleanliness was particularly disappointing—the room was not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning was both noisy and outdated. Additionally, the noise from the elevator made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The shower was in poor condition, with visible mold, grime, and spots. I requested a room change, but the second room had similar issues. The sheets and towels were worn out and stained. While breakfast was included, it was of poor quality and lacked both taste and variety. The gym facilities were also subpar.
Given the rate of $101 per night, I expected much better. I've stayed at several 3-star hotels with superior service and quality.

We just stayed on 8/31/24 and we booked a King suite. There was plenty of room and conveniently located to the highway and Miami international airport. Service was excellent and the check-in process was very easy and friendly. They also had a decent size continental breakfast. Very cool art work on the walls and mini market had sundries. They also have a restaurant. They also had an outdoor pool and an outdoor bar. I plan to stay here again in 2025.

I enjoyed my stay! Shuttle works, pool is open, theres food (breakfast 7-9, dinner 5-?) did laundry, (2.75/load/dry bring soap) clean bed so soft, room can darken. Everyone friendly, ill be back next time!

The hotel is really nice. They have shuttle from the airport and to the port in Miami. First one is complimentary and the shuttle to the port is $15 per person. Room was clean and neat, AC was working great. Breakfast was included but nothing special. Waffles, eggs and sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, still nice to start the day with some food. Front desk was so nice all day, we got to check in early which was really needed after no sleep and flight.

There is dancing. The left half of the body was covered in bites. On the third day after returning, I was still tortured by the itching~ I couldn’t help but write a negative review.

The hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off services. Although it is a bit far from Miami Airport, it is still convenient. The hotel's facilities are quite satisfactory, the breakfast is a bit simple, the shower facilities are average, and the bath towels are very thin. Everything else is OK.
