Hotel was very nice. I booked at last minute for a trip. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable. They have a nice little pool, workout room and on site laundry. I think that's pretty standard these days. The tap house in the building was nice as didn't seem like there was anything within walking distance. Would stay here again.

close to the airport with food options close by, although restaurant bar in hotel was good so we didn’t eat out. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. Free transfer to and from airport was a bonus and all the staff we encountered were lovely and extremely helpful.

My Dad attended a business conference at this hotel at the end of May. Rather unexpectedly he passed away, and our family had to come down to Nashville.

He spoke highly of the hotel before his incident, and our experiences for a week and a bit afterwards were the same.

The hotel is very clean and nice, but the staff were great (especially those in the restaurant).

While I probably won't ever visit this hotel again, and perhaps even Nashville. I'd highly recommend it to others.

Thank you again for the help you gave us during an extremely hard time.

Very nice. The decor was beautiful, very comfortable bed and pillows. The room floors are hard wood and our room floors seemed to not have been swept. I figured it could have been one room forgotten, but that's the only negative thing experienced in our stay.

There is also no microwave in the basic rooms, though there was a mini fridge.

Upon arrival the front desk folks where professional & personable when asked certain questions. The room was extremely clean & fresh. The Room Ambassador(s)(which includes room service) were attentive & friendly. & I truly love room service unless, I'm in a cabin/rv/chalet. Great job ya'lls (in my new blended ARK-MO-TN accent)😂😂🙃

Really wonderful place! Clean, safe, very affordable.

Danny (woman) was amazing!! She was so sweet and helpful and made things so easy for us. She’s the best.

Pet friendly and a huge grassy area for dogs to run around in and play. Plenty of parking ($20 per night).

This is an extraordinarily posh hotel with a great layout, amenities and a particularly superb staff.

However there are some basic things missing:

No dresser. One eighteen inch drawer in the closet. We were staying for six days and still had to work out of our suitcases

No fan in the bathroom

Shower floor is slippery and no safety bar inside. Only one small towel bar for hand towels.

Do not provide breakfast. Restaurant in house, although lovely, is expensive.

And a personal preference, the pillows are way too hard

So, all in all, although this place has a luxurious feel, Hampton Inn edges out Marriott.

My son and I stayed at this hotel to see the 2017 solar eclipse. The hotel was nice, and we appreciated the hotel shuttle. But what stood out was the way they went the extra mile for guests who came to see the eclipse. Eclipse viewing glasses had been sold out for days, but they had bought hundreds of them to provide to guests free of charge. They set up a viewing area in their tennis courts, and even made a special trip to the airport for guests who needed to get there immediately after the event. All around, a great experience.

Great service! Nice Staff! Clean Rooms! Beautiful Rooms! Only downside is my significant other and I went to the pool to relax in the hot tub and there were young children with floaties and goggles. Not a great experience there. Overall great experience!

When I say the customer service at this hotel is the best I've received EVER! I mean it. I arrived at the hotel super early (11 am) and although check-in is at 4 pm, they were able to accommodate me and check me in with no problem. The staff were so nice and GENUINE. The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel; if not for the awesome decor, then for the AMAZING staff!
