Bobby Hotel

Spacious well appointed rooms. Convenient walk to Broadway and surrounding museums. Downside for us was the dining room and bar area were closed for private events two of our four nights. Minibar charges were charged to us three days after our departure. We never consumed anything from the massive minibar. Had to call the hotel twice to get the matter straightened out. Asked to speak to the manager on each of the calls and he/she was not available. Requested a call back to us by the GM but still haven’t received that call. Nashville has many similar caliber hotels from which to choose…we would go elsewhere on our next visit and recommend you do too!

I recently stayed at **The Bobby Hotel** for three nights and was impressed with many aspects of the property. The hotel is in a great location, about an 8–9 minute walk from the heart of Broadway. The rooftop and pool area were stunning, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour cocktails—they were a highlight of the stay.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, which we appreciated. However, one major downside significantly affected our experience. During our entire stay, housekeeping never maintained our room. Towels were never replaced, garbage piled up, and our beds were left unmade. On one occasion, housekeeping simply dropped off a few towels and took the dirty ones, but no other cleaning or upkeep was done.

Considering we paid nearly $2,000 for three nights, the lack of basic housekeeping was quite disappointing. I expected more in terms of service for the price we paid.
