LOVED the JW Marriott Nashville! Incredible stay. Ate at the Stompin Grounds for breakfast and the bar was a great place to grab a cocktail. The rooms were clean and very nice. Would go back to Nashville to stay here. Had a great trip!

Beautiful hotel, clean, well appointed rooms, large floor to ceiling windows, loved the lighting controls and privacy button, bed was very firm. Well stocked mini fridge but be careful not to touch it unless you want to pay if you take anything out of the fridge that you charged for. Stompin Ground coffee is great coffee and pastries located downstairs next to the bar. Rooftop restaurant (bourbon steak) is awesome! Great views of Nashville.

JW is an amazing place to stay!!! My fiancee and I got engaged on 7/2; we informed the staff at JW during our stay 7/2-7/3 and they made our day unforgettable. As a surprise they sent us macaroons and a bottle of wine to our room. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room we were given was breathtaking, it had a view of Nashville that I will NEVER forget. If you are thinking about staying at JW, do it, you will not regret it!

Our room was fabulous - clean and spacious enough, with a great view - and every Marriott team member with whom we interacted was delightful. Tammy and Tyler at the pool were friendly and attentive, and the pool was great. Pool chairs go quickly, but we enjoyed ourselves hanging out at the pool bar. The upstairs bar/steakhouse was fantastic, and instead of serving bread with entrees, the steakhouse serves delicious seasoned fries with three different dipping sauces. We had a lovely weekend at this Marriott property - we recommend it highly. And we also recommend hopping on a scooter to take in the sights. So fun!!

Perfectly place in downtown Nashville. This is one of my favorite hotels. Absolutely beautifully done, large valet area to keep you off the street.
I always get the corner king which leaves you with stunning views of the Nashville area, glass from floor to ceiling, even in the bathroom.
If I could change anything I would add a couple more elevators. During the busy times it can take a little bit to get one in the lobby but normally it isn't a problem.
Love this place and looking forward to coming back.

Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates. They have amenities that a lot of hotels don’t offer anymore like a bell hop that brings up the bags to the room.

Very nice hotel. Needs some upgrades on furniture in rooms (dresser had wood breaking off) but they were still nice. Service was fantastic everywhere in the hotel and restaurants. Xzavion was our server at Bourbon Steak and he was fabulous. It was our anniversary and everyone there made it so special.

My wife and I stayed here for a conference she was presenting at. First impression when we drove up, five people surrounded our car asking for the keys and taking our bags. While I appreciate the service, there was way too many people and they seemed to just be trying to get a tip.
The room itself was nice, but the furniture had lots of previous damage that you could tell “tried” to be repaired. The bed was the absolute worse part of the experience. The mattress was hard as a rock and both my wife and I woke up with severe back pain. I ended up having a herniated disc because of it. The outside noise is also incredibly loud. All throughout the night you’re getting woke up by sirens, loud music, and yelling. Did they not think to install thicker glass to keep the noise out!?
Overall, the hotel is aesthetically nice but seems very out of place with the Nashville atmosphere. Everything seems to be an upsell or overpriced. We stayed several nights at the Tempo by Hilton before staying here and would highly recommend it over the JW. I used to frequent Marriott hotels for work, but this experience confirmed why I switched to Hilton and am now a diamond member with them.
