The front desk made a mistake on my account. They charged my card instead of using the credit card authorization that I submitted for work. The front desk said that they were only running my card for incidentals, but charged it the full stay.
The gym is nice, but they have the music so loud I couldn’t think. There was no way to turn it down. Overall it was a good stay.
The room would be great if the amenities are working normally — the hairdryer, the telephone were broke at first and the toilet malfunctioned throughout our stay.
Most of the staff is nice and welcoming, but certain one is very rude and indifferent. When we asked to change room due to those poor conditions, the front desk refused and sent another staff to check our room, who left us with a broken hairdryer, telephone and a toilet till next morning. Btw the toilet is never fixed. Imagine you cannot flush the toilet and have to wait for it beginning working every time you use it.
I would say this is the worst Hilton experience I ever had.
It was my daughters first time in New Orleans and we had a amazing trip and our room was perfect for her and cousin to have girl time and just have fun and it was wonderful trip and place to stay will stay there again
