Nice hotel with very good staff. Shannon at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. She really went out of her way to help us and was a pleasure to talk to. I also met a very nice man who worked in maintenance and he was also wonderful. I'm really looking forward to staying again when all the new renovations and new restaurant are completed. I know there were some renovations going on last year, but the new owner is renovating again and really doing the whole hotel this time.

I had a great experience here! I was in town for a trade show at the convention center and I'm really glad I decided to stay here. This is an older hotel and the photographs available are definitely taken from flattering angles, but they truly represent the hotel. The room size was decent (and huge for New Orleans) and everything was spotless. It was a very comfortable experience. The location couldn't be better. Short walks to the convention center, Bourbon Street and incredible restaurants. Extra thanks to the incredible staff who were helpful, attentive and full of great recommendations (special shout out to Kyle and Shannon). Thank you very much for a great vacation!

Front desk were very nice checking in and out and the hotel was clean with beautiful decor. The room and bathroom were both spacious with the thermostat on the wall which meant it was nice and quiet when kicking on and off. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are down so they go flat. I loved the lighted makeup mirror and the great big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom but when you took a shower the drain backed up and you were standing in water. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose Royal Crescent again.

+ The hotel service as far as the people at the front desk were totally helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we were there during the pandemic. We got no services, no room cleaned in the four days we were there and the cafe was not operating.
- Very little storage for extended trips.

Nice hotel with very nice employees. Shannon at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful. I can't say enough nice things about her.
