Eh. It’s not THAT clean of a room. The walls have stains all over them, it’s gross. Our view was literally into a parking garage (this is coming from someone who has status with Marriott). Hallways are dark and dirty. Stains everywhere. Elevator is so confusing to get to on each floor. Staff is unfriendly. Way better hotels out there than this one.

Lowest quality of all the Marriott hotels this Platinum Elite member has seen. Blank walls. Some patches on the wall are not painted. Room safes not even bolted down. Front dest was dark and dreary our first two nights. Hallway and elevators smelled like weed. Seriously bad management to allow this hotel to be so rundown.

First time here in New Orleans. I was very impressed with the quality and the security of this hotel. Valet parking was so nice, car was secure and returned promptly when requested. Walking distance from all of the restaurants and bars. The employees were so very polite and helpful with all of our needs. I will definitely be returning to explore more and this will be the hotel I book at.

Great location. Staff was nice. Hillary checked us in, she was really quick and personable. Only few complaints : window view lol not ideal at all, had us thinking it was muggy and raining all day, the air doesn’t feel like it working throughout the night, and no pool, but overall great experience. Would stay again, really close to bourbon, same street really. .always felt safe walking as well..

Overall a positive experience. The location to bourbon street was great. The room was clean, but our room was hot. We couldn’t turn the air down anymore. The main reason I stayed here was because I brought my dog with me to go to a specialty hospital in New Orleans. My biggest issue was that there was no where for my dog to use the restroom. When I asked the front desk staff if there was an area for him they said “no I don’t think so”. I think if a hotel is going to be pet friendly they need to have an area for the pets to use the bathroom.

Good hotel. A block from Bourbon Street. Parking is available through the Hilton around the corner, but check in early to use the parking or you'll have to walk a couple more blocks. Entry and exit is permitted at the Hilton ($20), but not at other adjacent sites. We discovered the 6th floor patio on the day we checked out. We were there for 3 days. Due to Covid they don't clean the rooms and only change the bed linen after 3 days. Very kind!

Loved it here!!! When we arrived they were so welcoming. They checked us in quickly and even recommended places for us to eat. Mr. DC at the front desk was great, so warm and kind. He always helped with tips when we needed them. Mr. Ricky at the bar definitely made our day several times! His drinks were SO GOOD and the conversations were great! Learned more from Ricky at the bar drinking and eating gumbo (which was very good) than on the tour. Great place to stay in NOLA.

I am a Marriott member that travels across the country for work, so I know a great hotel when I see one. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor recommend to anyone. The hotel is sleek and modern, and was very clean - however, the service and ambiance of the room was horrible. The walls are PAPER thin, and you can hear anyone in the rooms and hallways. I booked this hotel because I didn't want to be right in the thick of bourbon street, but wanted to be walking distance. The hotel brings a lot of noise from bourbon street, and goes late into the night. We couldn't sleep all night, and ended up leaving a day early because of the hotel. We tried to kindly ask for a refund for one nights stay because of the poor experience, but it did not matter to them. On top of this, the valet is HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this hotel for any business travel or wedding. It took 30 minutes both time to get our car - we even called ahead the valet 15 min prior and they told us "be down in 15." Then 30 minutes later, we were still waiting. For paying $49 / night for valet, this was horrible service.

Nice hotel. A block away from Bourbon Street. Parking is available via the Hilton around the corner but check in early for your parking or you will be walking a couple of blocks extra. In and out is allowed at the Hilton ($20) but not on the other surrounding lots. We discovered the 6th floor patio on the day we checked out. We were there 3 days. Due to Covid they do not clean the rooms and they only give replacement linens after 3 days. Very accommodating!
