Staff are professional, friendly and helpful.
Security guard in the lobby was extremely RACIST and stopped me from entering because they assumed I was a food delivery person (as I had a takeout bag on me), while my other friends (white people) who also had the same takeout bag weren’t stopped.
Front desk was not friendly at all. Awful!!!
