The hotel was overall a good experience. We liked our stay. The lobby is on a different floor which was a bit obnoxious. The hotel room looks a bit run down but it was fine. Quiet in the night but could hear everyone when it was time to get up so it was fine. It's near a busy tourist area so if u want to stay near time square - this is the place for you. The rooms are small but we were just there to sleep.

I have booked a partial view, 2 queen beds room for three nights. I was travelling from Boston and hence was checking in late. I have informed the hotel about the same that morning and they agreed to keep two queen beds for us. When we arrived the room was not available, they put us in two bed separate rooms with no view. When I came down to the reception, a lady at the reception was kind enough to look into my complaints and arranged the right room for us from the next night. It is really inconvenient to change the rooms when you are staying at a place only for 3 days. The next day when we were leaving our luggage at the reception we met one of the most unprofessional customer service professional at the reception who was behaving like a kindergarten teacher. I have given her the feedback for being rude but she was not ready to accept or change. When we came back to change the room, we had to take our own luggage to our room without any assistance while the room change was not our fault. While servicing the room staff are not careful enough to refill the toilet paper, tea or coffee. I will not recommend this hotel, specially if you are travelling with family for leisure

I can't say enough good things about this location. Joseph checked us in and made sure we were taken care of and had a room that me tour needs for the few days we were scheduled. When we needed to extend our stay he ensured we could keep the same room to make things easier. In a city of millions, we felt valued! Rooms were clean, elevators were fast, location is amazing. Was able to fall asleep watching the Empire State Bldg.

Can’t believe they have changed the restaurant fee even you not use it, so expensive and not really know this is hotel policy or not but this change should be public to let people know in first hand before making decisions.

The location was perfect for a first visit to New York. Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Central Park were all right out the front door. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, particularly at the front desk, who just went above and beyond with kindness and service. This was a great value and experience. Thank you!

Room was very clean and perfect size for four of us. The view was nice, the hotel was quiet and the housekeeping kept the room nicely stocked with fresh towels and made our beds daily. The extra sense of security with the guard at the front door + needing a room key to work the elevator was appreciated.
