Upon arriving at 3am, we were exhausted. The lady at the front desk was very polite and offered us a "late checkout". Which was good because we needed it! We were booked to be on the 3rd floor. Phenomenal customer service, clean rooms, great rate, and breakfast included. Universal Studios was a short, quick, cheap ($6-8?) Uber ride away. I would definitely book here again. Only complaint was the poor channel selection for the T.V. Again, I cannot stress how great the customer service is here. 10 stars!

Great location. ~$6 uber to Universal. The free shuttle is a single scheduled departure and return trip. It stops at several other hotels before taking you to the final destination. It left early for the return trip, we had to uber back. In hindsight I would even bother with the shuttle, the hassle isn't worth the $6 savings. Standard hotel rooms and satisfactory cleanliness. Clean rooms. Prompt service. Functional air conditioning. Serve yourself breakfast buffet was decent. Walls are thin and hallway noise resonates into the room.

Great place for business travelers visiting West Orlando. Sales department worked with our budget and extended most competitive rate. The hotel was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We book again forcsure.

Evacuated here from Tampa Bay from Hurricane Ian. We have a three bedroom. It’s not only beautiful, clean and very spacious, but very insulated and sound proof. This hotel had great service! The staff were so kind and polite! The rooms were beautiful and spotless, the pool was amazing and clean! This was an amazing resort, the breakfast was also very good! Nothing to complain about, the best resort I have ever stayed in! This resort deserves more than a 5 star rating, and we will definitely be staying here again!

I went there to meet a friend. Very well maintained and comfortable. They offered complementary food and snacks for the evening, which inculded wine and beer.

Very good hotel, a little noise from the pool area quickly taken care of by staff. Staff were excellent through and through. Rooms are large and well appointed although older in decoration and construction. Laundry facilities were good too. Breakfast was simple but good. Very pleased with stay overall, will return.

Location was great, right off the toll road. Not too much noise. Room was smaller than anticipated, bed must have been on springs as it squeaked every single time we rolled over, and saw a couple bugs on the counter and in the shower. Didn't use the pool or any other amenities, so can't comment on those. Free parking and no resort fee.

Well the drive to the condo will have you alittle worried. However once you get there its nice and quiet. Great place to relax. Clean and everyone was nice(front desk) Great job. No bugs! I will be booking again!

As soon as we walked in the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are very nice and clean! Full size kitchenette, king size bed, a jetted tub in room! House keeping comes once a week to clean and re stalk items. The pool is crystal clear and they even have bbqs if you want to grill out! Although the neighborhood is sketchy everyone seems to keep to themselves and plus there is 24/7...

I think it was a great price for the big rooms we got, the big tub with the Jets was awesome. The rooms were cleaned very well no complaints about anything really. We had to check-in after working hours and security helped us out. Checkout was easy and fasy. Definitely would stay again when I come back.
