Convenient to piers, public transportation/streetcars, and a selection of local restaurants/pubs. Clean. Friendly service. Easy free garage parking. Comfy bed. 3rd floor mini-balcony has a good view. Some street noise gets in, but we heard the sea lions barking at night from over at Pier 39...fun! Solid value.

Stayed here on a Friday night and found it to be a great value for the price! Friendly desk clerk, a pleasant room and bathroom that felt very clean, comfortable mattress with good quality bedding, and a quiet and safe-feeling location that is within walking distance to the wharf. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend!

Researched this hotel for a 3 day trip to SF. After our stay, here's the assessment. 1. Great location. Bus stop is at the hotel with easy access to everything in SF. The cable car is a block away. And the dining in North Beach is great. Plus, Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf are an easy walk. 2. The room was perfect. Clean. Quiet. And the service and staff were great. The staff was really helpful with recommendations, bus info, etc. 3. The free parking was secure and safe. We couldn't have asked for more. And all at a great price for a SF hotel. Highly recommend this property.

Top notch service and excellent room for the price and location. We booked last-minute and Tony was so accommodating and allowed us to store our bikes in a storage room and extend our parking past checkout time. The room was great, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I’ve stayed at far worse places for more money. If I find myself back in the area, I would absolutely stay here.

My mother and I have stayed here numerous times, and there is no where else in San Francisco we would rather stay. Their places are always clean. They always go out of their way to make sure you're very comfortable, and you have everything you need. We love the views, we love the neighborhood. The staff and employees are so kind. We will SURELY be coming back to stay again when we can. They are in north beach, very close to lots of restaurants and shops, and it is very safe. Tony is the man, and the rest of the staff seem really nice too!!

Great Location. Free Parking. Helpful Staff. Dated Rooms. Booked off of priceline. I would defiantly stay there again if ever in the area.

A fantastic find in San Francisco, great spacious rooms, currently undergoing remodelling on whole building but did not impact our trip. Nice and close to a plethora of dining options, and a short walk down to the waterfront. Free parking!!!

Great location I think. Cozy and simple. Great place to lay your head down with out an issue. Will stay again.

We stayed here in May 2018 for a few nights in a suite. The 3rd floor was renovated and was wonderful. Very close to some awesome breakfast and lunch places and the staff was helpful. Great place to stay. Parking and everything.

Decided on this hotel on both 2011 and 2012 San Francisco trips and both occasions were satisfactory. Room was clean. Had free guest wifi. The hotel is next to a club. Free parking for guests, not a whole lot of spaces. Walking distance to trolley.
