Hilton Parc 55 San Francisco Union Square

I came to San Francisco to have a small vacation. The customer service has been outstanding, before I checked in through leaving. I asked if there was a chance of getting in early and they were able to accommodate. Kassandra was wonderful as was all of the others. I asked to have a microwave put in the room and that was done.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has homeless as many cities do but if common sense is used, I don’t feel there would be a problem. I had none.
There is a Trader Joe’s pretty close which was nice. The hotel is very close to The Bart system which I used coming in/leaving back to airport. There are other buses, streetcars and cable cars close.

Great staff and quick communication, they were so accommodating during my stay with any request or work needs (my company hosted an event here). Very comfortable rooms and beds. Location is easy to get around on public transportation - it is only a block or two from a seedier area so there's a lot of late night street noise and unhoused population and drug use, but the hotel itself felt very safe. They had someone checking room keys after hours at the entrance which was nice.

Just off of Star Ratings it's a 5. They do a great job ensuring it is a safe welcoming environment. We stayed for 3 days and had a chance to go to Club55, good drinks. The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and spacious. A little on the older side make sure you bring a plug in charger they don't have USB ports.

The surrounding of the hotel is City Center, expect high levels of homelessness and Police Presence. Not somewhere you just go out for a walk in with a young child.

The hotel is good but expensive. Breakfast is not included. The surrounding streets have many homeless, beggars and crazy city.

Near Union square, on the one hand from the hotel center and purity, on the other, literally 10 steps, bums and dirt.
The rooms are clean, a little dated, it is better to book a hotel package with Breakfast - upon payment is much more expensive.

Went to the restaurant Kin Khao. Had about a 15 minute wait. Food was very good, and also loved the drinks. We were seated at the bar. Bartender and servers were really nice. Seems like menu rotates. Worth a try!
