We’re from Hawai’i & spent the day in SF & booked here, it is a drive from the airport but so worth it! From the greeters being so friendly, and Emilio at the front desk, he was awesome! Wonderful customer service, & it was so great to be able to do an early check in! & I do mean early as in 9:30am, never had that before so it was a great start to our trip. Ron was just as amazing! Super cool guy who made sure we got to and from our destination safely! The staff here is great all around, we really appreciate the hospitality here! Also, SF is AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I left my AirPods behind in the room and contacted the front desk multiple times on the same day. Different people assured me that they had checked the room and found nothing. Since my iPhone kept showing the AirPods were still in the hotel overnight, I called lost and found the next morning at 8 AM. I was answered by a lady named “Vera,” who immediately went to check the room and found my AirPods on the floor. It’s easy to simply say no, but it takes someone who can put themselves in someone else’s shoes to offer a helping hand. I hope the hotel manager sees this post and recognizes Vera for her dedication to hotel customers. Please also take this opportunity to encourage your front desk crew to think on behalf of their customers. Otherwise, people shouldn’t work in the service industry.

Location location location. It's close to everything. Staff is nice & helpful.
They have a few spots to eat and/or get a drink.
The view on the 39th floor is a must see.
Rooms were stylish. Housekeeping is fast and courteous. Thought I was on a cruise ship with how fast they came into the room to clean it and replace the towels.
I was very impressed. Thank you for a wonderful trip and experience.

Great hotel, amazing guest service, especially Rosanna, she was really helpful. Very nice room I was upgraded into, very clean with a view. Well the breakfast was a different story, totally wasn't a Marriott standard, was the worst I had, but the staff were very nice. So next time I will definitely skip the breakfast which I was looking forward to. Location is great, so many eateries close by.

The hotel was very comfortable and is in a great location. The street people in the area are rough though I felt very safe in the hotel.
My only real complaint is that the hotel charges a mandatory “resort fee” though doesn’t really have resort amenities. They do offer credits to use in their market with products marked up in price over 400%. It is convenient though.
Unfortunately the M club was closed though they did offer free breakfast which was delicious many options of tasty food. I had plenty of smoked salmon with all the accoutrements. Though the lounge atmosphere and available snacks at other times of day could have been better.
I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my next trip to San Francisco.

This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was a flawless, sparkling environment. It is suitable for both large parties and dates. For me it was a wonderful place to heal. We've had a good time so far. You'll need a decent vantage point to see the entire area. You did an amazing job!

Go to the View Bar on top floor and enjoy the view. Be ready for high prices on drinks though.

Wow! I was extremely impressed by this hotel. It was very big and nice looking, the rooms were nice, I was particularly impressed by the bar on the 39th floor. The views from up there were spectacular. The hotel's location was also very nice and convenient. I would love to stay there again. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in to this date.
