Fairmont Hotel

The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip.
The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel. The laundry is all from Le Labo, but it is not bad.
The breakfast restaurant is not a buffet, and the introduction is incorrect. The ordering and serving are very slow, maybe it is a sense of relaxation.
The location of the hotel is good, but it is very close to the tram route, and the Inception camera is one or two blocks away.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont hotel, it was beautifully decorated and festive for the holidays.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views of the city. Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier. The sky garden is a great place to relax as well.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights on our way home from a months holiday abroad. We were looking forward to the luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, our stay didn't start well with the front desk giving away our adjoining room to another guest. The hotel was very honest with the mistake and took it seriously to fix the error and make sure that we were placed in a different set of rooms and even upgraded us for the trouble. The front desk manager was very polite and helpful in getting the error fixed and we really enjoyed the rest of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and lovely. The location is great and convenient to any where in the city. Close to cable cars and only 30 minute walk to the wharf. We had breakfast each morning and the food and service was great (except one morning when they seemed short staffed and the service was a little less exceptional on that day). Drinks at the bar were really lovely too, although more on the pricey side for the city- but you pay for what you get. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I love it here. The location is wonderful, nothing beats creating Nob Hill to arrive at your hotel. I love hotels with history and this place has it in spades. If you’re looking for the best in contemporary hotel room design, go somewhere else. But I reckon that’s not why you’re here. The rooms are spacious and the views from the tower are exceptional.

I had no idea there were hotels with such incredible views! I am literally planning my next trip already because I want to just relax in the room and take photos for days!

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained and rich with history.

We stayed for an event at Grace Cathedral and it was a lovely short stroll over and back.
