Hyatt Regency Seattle

The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. As a Globalist member, I was impressed by how the Hyatt team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thanks to Marisol Robles, the VIP Coordinator, who made sure our stay was exceptional. Even though I had used my suite award prior to booking, they upgraded us to an even larger suite, which was a wonderful surprise. They truly know how to take care of their guests. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had great 3-nights stay at Hyatt Regency. Not a single problem during my stay. Great location, helpful staff, room was clean and quiet (definitely choose quiet room in your reservation and you get a room far from elevator). Breakfast at Market could go with bit more variety, but it was ok in the end. Will definitely come back.

What an amazing hotel in the downtown area of Seattle! This is a very tall Hyatt with guest rooms spanning from floor 9 to 45! The lobby and the public areas are very beautiful with tall ceilings! Even the rooms are very well built with materials from the surrounding area matching the Seattle theme! The fault i could find with the room is that there is no shower curtain and is done "European style" in which there is a sheet of glass in front of the shower and no way to close it fully. Also the bathroom does not lock. Other than that service was impeccable! They laid out all the options that are available for parking as well as suggest local areas around and you can even help you with transferring your luggage to the ports if you have a cruise!

This Hyatt Regency exceeded our expectations in terms of service and location!! The valet staff immediately helped with all of our luggage and the front desk checked us in early! We arrived around 11:00 am and we weren’t expecting to even get into our room until the early afternoon, hats off to you Hyatt! Overall the staff was extremely resourceful and always presented the best attitude throughout our 2 days here!

Our Two Queen Room was spacious, spotless, and modern! Even though we couldn’t see the Sound from our room, views of the Emerald City are abundant from everywhere at this Hyatt Regency! Also, these beds are some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on at any hotel!

Overall we truly enjoyed our stay, and would greatly consider staying here again for a longer Seattle trip in the future!

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle. This hotel is beautifully kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The concierge (Don- thank you!) was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me with my request. Housekeeping kept our rooms remarkably clean. You receive a $15 resort credit every day to spend at their market which had a great selection of food and drink. The gym was very nice as well.

The location is perfect- walkable to most everything and close to the link light rail and monorail if you do not prefer to walk.

The room was clean and up to date. One of the nicer Hyatts that I've been too. Hotel staff was super nice! I landed really early to take a tour but did not want to carry my luggage on the bus.

They have a storage/check in just for this reason. They did offer me a room that was available to check in but I declined. It was a great offer though and much appreciated.

I didn't have a chance to check out all the amenities but they looked lovely. The location was great, the walk to the waterfront was less than 10 min away for me.

Probably the best place to stay in Seattle if you look at things from a price to value perspective. First, this hotel seems newly built — and it shows. The building looks new as do the rooms, which were extremely clean when I checked in. I also appreciated that the most of personal hygiene amenities were not single use bottles but refillable; it’s so much better for the environment! Overall, the hotel was extremely clean, modern, attentive to needs, and quiet. All in all, I was impressed and would wholeheartedly stay here again. Highly recommend!

The staff are very polite and helpful. We asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate us. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The have a coffee machine in the room and give you bottles of water which we love. The gym is very modern with up to date equipment. We had drinks one evening at Rick's Whiskey bar. Our server was super friendly and the manager even came out to chat with us. I love the snack bar on the second floor. Perfect for morning coffee. We stayed here for six days and will definitely book again when we are back in Seattle.

Modern rooms. We had a great view of Mt. Rainier for about 1 hour (rainy weekend). The shower only has glass across half of the opening, which I've never seen before. The mirror light has a dimmer (very cool and useful for applying makeup). I was grateful for the little coffee maker in the room which I used on the day I had an early start. I wish the room had a microwave so that we could heat up leftovers. On our last day, the hotel was able to hold onto our luggage after checkout until it was time for us to go to the airport. A good thing, since I wasn't able to go through security at the airport until 4 hours prior to my scheduled flight. The concierge will call you a cab if you need it. Just be careful that someone doesn't steal it from you! (We ended up calling a Lyft which arrived immediately after our cab was stolen.) The location is walking distance to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, the monorail, tons of cafes and restaurants, and the mall. Great hotel!
