YOTEL Washington DC

Very hard beds. Otherwise good stuff. Decent '3 star' hotel. very modern. Excellent food / catering!! Lots of usb ports and outlets. No doors separating the bathrooms. Very clean good service.

Stayed here in late September. Best thing was the location. It was in walking distance of the Capitol and almost all the Smithsonian museums in DC.
Didn't get a chance to use the pool at all as it closed at 5pm and I was out at tourist attractions during the day. Bed was a little soft for my tastes and the room didn't have a fridge or safe. Shower was nice. Housekeeping staff were really friendly.

The receptionist was extremely kind, we were greeted with a great attitude and were promptly given our key cards. Her name was Mia McDaniel and she was BEYOND SUPERB. There was a pool on the top floor (only 4ft deep) which was nice to relax in. The location is perfect if you want to spend time in the capital region and the National Mall area. It’s also a 8 min walk from Union Station. Most memorable things from this hotel was, again, the receptionist, and the adjustable bed were pretty cool. My 3 friends and I stayed in a room, during Labor Day, with two queen beds and that was plenty of room (floor 9). The shower was also quite nice, glass sliding doors and very spacious.

This was the first time my family and I have stayed at a YOTEL location and it was enjoyable. The location is perfect if you're visiting DC for the first time and willing to walk around. Other modes of transportation are needed if you aren't willing to walk to some museums and other landmarks.

When we first arrived the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a rooftop pool area and gym, it was nice a place to relax. On each floor there is water and coffee which was a great amenity. The vending machines also had great snacks, that have many dietary options available. The hotel has a nice vibe to it overall.

Upon arriving at the hotel, it was freezing in the rooms; changing the temperature does make the rooms oddly moist making the beds uncomfortable. The rooms were nice, I enjoyed the adjustable beds and the ambient lighting. As a family of four it was a bit small and there weren't many outlets for us to charge our devices. There is a cabinet with your typical iron, ironing board, and blowdryer, right next to the sliding door which took us a while to find. There is also a mini fridge was a nice find and perfect to keep drinks but not much else.

Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Union Station and also near a Starbucks, the Liaison is a nice place to say. I've stayed in several different room types, and they're all quite spacious. The TVs are very large Samsung smart TVs, and the beds are either Queen or King, both insanely comfortable. The worst part of the hotel used to be the elevators, but they were updated within the past 18 months. The restaurant focuses on southern cooking; deep fried and/or salty. In-room dining is much better, but has a very steep delivery charge and gratuity tacked on. A $20 meal will arrive costing you $38. Lastly, be aware that since changing owners, a resort fee of almost $25 was added to the fine print for your room.

I cannot say enough how amazing this hotel was. Booked for our wedding anniversary and they truly went above and beyond. Their concierge assisted before my visit with dinner plans, and they even delivered a surprise bottle of champagne to the room! They have a system where you can text if you need anything, and they are also very proactive with it making sure the stay is exceeding your expectations. Looking forward to a return trip when the pool is open (seasonally). A fantastic hotel, well appointed and decorated within walking distance of so much of DC. Just a few blocks from Union Station made this a great place to stop back at before dinner and evening plans. Kudos!!

We stayed at this hotel for Awesome Con 2018 and the hotel was perfect. Staff were wonderful and efficient (this goes for hotel and restaurant staff). D'Angelo, at the front desk, was very engaging and friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the check in and check out process was the easiest smoothest shortest process. The hotel also checked up on us. Thank you!

Good hotel conveniently located to all the local sites within walking distance. Restaurant on location. Rooms were comfortable, nothing special. Bit overall satisfied with my stay. Staff is extremely friendly.
