During the protest of farmers 2024, the borders to get into the country were closed. The hotel didn’t want to refund or provide a credit for a future visit. The situation was out of our control, and they didn’t want to be flexible or be empathic with their clients. Very bad experience.

Great location close to the main shopping streets (Maritxell and Carlenany) and an open parking space. Rooms are clean (probably a little bit more cleaning around the corners and small spots) and bed is comfortable. I would prefer a shower than a tub for the toilet. Great service from the staff at the breakfast hall and reception who were all very nice and assisted as well. Overall, good value for money

Great hotel in perfect location for exploring town. Parking very difficult but managed to find free parking for motorcycle. Rooms small as expected but comfortable with good bed. Not sure how it claims to be a 4 star though as facilities are more akin to a 2 star. Very good value despite expensive but excellent breakfast (€12.5). Would definitely use again as plus points far outweigh any negatives.

The hotel is okay, very close to the shopping street.
The shower is a little inconvenient - the door is opening towards the inside of the shower and it is hard to get in - especially if you are a larger-sized person, I have no idea how you could even get in...
Beds are made every day but tea and water are not refilled.

Very poor sound isolation, it was as if a window was open (which was not the case) and you constantly heard a ton of car and street noise. It woke us up in the morning and I covered my head with a blanket when going to sleep. I’m someone who prefers to sleep with a movie or tv open, so I don’t think the issue is that Im too sensitive. Other than this everything was fine.
