Location: in the centre of Escaldes-Engordany, 400 metres from Caldea thermal Spa, in 204 km from Barcelona airport, 4 km from the ski lifts.
Consists of a 6-storey building.
The hotel has 180 rooms.

Attention! New year dinner 31/12 are included in the price.
Christmas dinner on 24/12 is not provided.

Mattress is good, good water flow in the shower.
If you're shopping focused, the location is good being very close to the centre.
Can be better - air-conditioning in the room has a control but doesn't work. Seems for show. Room temp therefore too high.
Hotel selected on parking available. It is, but for €20 a day. Unexpected. That should be in the details about the hotel before you book.
As well that Amex is not accepted.
Carpet in hallway is disgusting. Replace it.
Oh, and since Andorra isn't part of EU (they do use the euro....) Mobile roaming is expensive. Turn it off.
When we went to sleep we found it and the bed was wet
We really could not figured out how come he/she did not notice?
Second thing the room is made very well but
we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned as such
Customer service is one of the most important assets of a hotel, and dealing with people like ALBERTO completely ruined the experience we had as a family!
The hotel has a parking which unfortunately was full but we had parked in one of the many public parking (paid spaces). For around 14 hours it cost us €8- that’s because for the night these parking lots only charge a max of €3.
The hotel is super centrally located. The service is excellent- Pere was patient and outstanding.
We had a great meat at Fourteen which is just outside the hotel- takes 5 seconds to walk.
The room was large with an extra bed. The washroom was large too.
Worth visiting.
