Had a great experience living here, ideal location, centrally located. Specially the staff is really helpful and always there to help. A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed. I stayed here for four months due to work. While some of the room facilities are a bit dated, the staff are exceptionally helpful. Pharees, in particular, was outstanding. Very good hotel which is clean, friendly and efficient staff, and well located. Food is tasty and the breakfast buffet is quite varied. The room was clean and felt like home. The hotel is inside a mall, the rooms look like an office. Indoor swimming pool, very poor and too busy, not equal to the capacity of the hotel. I had a room with no view to the lake. It's good for sleeping and eating, but not for enjoyment. I had a problem with the bathroom also. Didn't enjoy my stay there.

The furniture configuration of each room is the same, but some are in different styles. Every time I stay there, I have a different experience. It is very good. The kitchen is very convenient.
