It was a memorable stay indeed. The breakfast fast buffet was excellent and so do all the staff. Smooth check-in and check out. Room was clean and especially the Galleria mall attached with the hotel has a supermarket where all the groceries can be found. Location is also good and is in the heart of dubai.

It's expensive for the facilities and amenities. But you're really paying for the convenience of having a bed to sleep on in case of a longish connection. It can be up to a 15 minute walk and you have to figure out exactly which terminal and which concourse to go to, which can be frustrating. So plan ahead. Spacious rooms and fantasticly clean. I also like the fact that there are multiple entrances for easy access. This hotel is a must if you have a long transit at dubai international airport. If you plan ahead and book you will get much better rates than if you are a walk-in customer. All in all it's the best transit hotel I have stayed in and is our go to hotel when flying through Dubai.

The shower hose was leaking, no room service assistance to carry luggage to the room . On the entrance security guard was busy with his phone and he didn't even bother to say a simple hello or welcome ..poor reception on arrival . The hotel is a bit away from the airport and shuttle buses from/to the airport don’t run often. The hotel didn’t have a hair dryer but provided one at my request. It’s always a good stay here. The location is good in a calm place far from the city traffic. The service is pretty good. The washrooms shouldn’t be see through if family members are staying together. But it’s nice for a couple.

Ideally located and close to the airport. Comfortable bed. Loved the way this hotel given priorities to environmental sustainability. Everything was perfact except for 2 small thing. 1. Tea/ coffee making facility provided but no tea spoon provided. 2. Only 2 small bottle of water provided each day. In extreme heat 2 bottles is not sufficient.

The hotel was decently refurbished. For some of the amnesties the refurbishment is yet to be completed. Nikita and Roan at the reception was quite professional and helpful. The check in executive was extremely courteous and was quick in completing all check in related formalities. Overall a very nice stay and the reception ambience was majestic.

Ibis Deira Creekside is pretty close to DXB but pretty far from Burj Khalifa. The hotel is across the street from Deira City Centre which is convenient for daily supplies but is just a basic mall. The hotel has nice, clean facilities, with a nice team.

This ibis does the job and is close to the airport and metro stops. It is clean and comfortable with good daily cleaning and servicing.

The place is clean except that there's no more small bar soap and toothbrush to use.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful, from the warm reception to everything within the hotel, it was perfect. Thank you for going the extra mile for us. My only suggestion would be to consider installing smart TVs to enhance the in-room experience, but overall, you guys are truly awesome. Keep up the great work!
