We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Dubai airport. Free buffet breakfast was excellent and Ibrahim was especially very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. There is also a free shuttle from Dubai airport to the hotel.

Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

Spacious rooms and fantasticly clean. I also like the fact that there are multiple entrances for easy access. This hotel is a must if you have a long transit at dubai international airport. If you plan ahead and book you will get much better rates than if you are a walk-in customer. We visited Creekside a few years ago, and from what I remember, it was AMAZING! I really liked swimming in the pool despite the fact it was super cold at the time. The elevators were fast and convenient, and the place was super clean. The location of the hotel was also accessible. I'd love to visit again someday.
