We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Dubai airport. Free buffet breakfast was excellent and Ibrahim was especially very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. There is also a free shuttle from Dubai airport to the hotel.

Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

I always go to Busan center only for coffee and tea. This time I went for an extended Shopping and was there for almost 2 hours. Al bustan center is located in a prime location. However its as old as it can get. They have not upgraded anything in their rooms. The most concerning fact is WiFi is available only for a total of 45 minutes for the whole day, that too only on 2 devices. If you are with your family, this creates a lot of issues. Spacious rooms and fantasticly clean. I also like the fact that there are multiple entrances for easy access. This hotel is a must if you have a long transit at dubai international airport. If you plan ahead and book you will get much better rates than if you are a walk-in customer. The hotel was decently refurbished. For some of the amnesties the refurbishment is yet to be completed. Nikita and Roan at the reception was quite professional and helpful. The check in executive was extremely courteous and was quick in completing all check in related formalities. Overall a very nice stay and the reception ambience was majestic.

We visited Creekside a few years ago, and from what I remember, it was AMAZING! I really liked swimming in the pool despite the fact it was super cold at the time. The elevators were fast and convenient, and the place was super clean. The location of the hotel was also accessible. I'd love to visit again someday.

We had dinner at the Lounge Cafe on a fine Thursday night. The food is great, excellent service and good price. All worth it. Would highly recommend for you to try dining at Lounge Cafe. Look for Kaim, he gives exceptional service with a friendly smile and great personality.
