I cannot stress how wonderful the staff are at this hotel, they make you feel like you are part of their Lapita family. I encourage anyone and everyone to go and experience the hospitality of Lapita at least once!

The buggy services are limited and only within the resort premises, which is very disappointing as we were with family. This is first time despite of requesting he dropped us in too sunny outside. The room was given in the same building which I don't like the view and after 4pm. This time I have not face a good services as compared to having great experiences last time.

Excellent hotel! Great location with lots of greenery, beautiful design, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was perfectly clean. Staff were friendly, attentive, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. It’s clear that the management truly cares about service quality and guest comfort. I had a wonderful stay at Rove Hotel! The place is very clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, making it a perfect spot whether for leisure or business. Great value for money and an overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Great service from the team from check in till the end. We stayed for 1 night and it was a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful breakfast too with Markie introducing us to each stations of the buffet and greeting us warmly. It was indeed a fabulous meal too with Begimai always making sure we had all we need. Kudos to the team 😍

Very nice hotel, well themed rooms, the service staff is good and courteous. The buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner was good. However the plates and glasses were bit old and scratched up. But nothing to be bothered. Nice pool and easy access to park.

This is my second time staying at the Legoland Hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience. It’s truly one of the safest and most enjoyable places for kids. One of the biggest advantages is having direct access to Dubai Parks—Legoland Theme Park, Water Park, and Motiongate … etc —so there’s always something exciting to do. I appreciate the response Clausssy. I have actually made a booking for 2nd December, confirming my point that the hotel indeed remains to be a great option. The stay overall the hotel has been excellent for the most part. A real heaven for children from the room, to the lobby, Restaurant all the way to the park. We spent two wonderful days at Legoland Hotel Dubai, and everything was perfectly organized! Before coming, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but in reality, everything was amazing. 🎃 Legoland during Halloween is just magical! The atmosphere, decorations, and activities were fantastic. The water park was also great — very clean and fun for kids. My son is 120 cm tall and couldn’t go on...

The buffet is just so bad, not at all tolerated

They have theme rooms which was one of the reason we booked here. My kids enjoyed a lot. The hotel food options were decent, not great. Walkable distance is the Legoland Waterpark which kids will enjoy. They have rides for adults too but didn't explore as we were mostly at the kids section. Beautiful piece of traditional architect and design with lavish facilities for events. Kids play area and other attractions for visitors. Nice place to spend few hours with a 5 star family dinner

Went for dinner at their world cup tent. Lovely hotel with Arabian design large outdoor area with traditional seating and scenery. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Medhat who went out of his way to make our group of 8 have a great time.

Lovely shows, nice scenery and great food. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It started to drizzle when we were there and within no time they found a solution for us to continue eating without much disruption.

Everything is magnificent. Great is great and you could never underrate for there is no substitute for qualities .this is a destination of excellence. Customer service and the hospitality is just awesome. Something of beyond human expectations (extraterrestrial level).
