Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai was an excellent place to stay. The location was fantastic. We had a direct view of iconic sites and could see the light fountains very clearly. The staff provided excellent customer service. Our house keeping staff member Hussain was extremely helpful and welcoming and went above expectation to ensure our room was comfortable and clean.

Very nice location near the hottest spots in dubai. It's quite old now compared to other hotels in the city but still fine. We also used the conference room for an event which was quite small and near the public, with whom we shared bathrooms with. First for me.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. They have you covered in everything. Literally, hospitality 10/10, location 10/10, air-conditioned walking tunnel to Dubai Mall as well. Honestly, they deserve it. My stay was amazing! Upon arrival, every little thing was taken care of for me and stayed that way until I checked out. My opinion on kempinski hotel it was one of the best experience I ever had .The rooms were so nice luxurious ,the shows were so nice on the TV. Plus it has three TVs in each room . The second really annoying thing was the huge number of people that are using the hotel entrance coming out from the mall which is really annoying for hotel guests. I would definitely return! What an amazing staff. I’ve recommended this hotel to all my traveling family members. It connects to the Dubai mall so you are close to so many great attractions and their hotel has great tours!
