We had an incredible time at Sofitel Downtown. The staff were incredible warm and welcoming - the receptionist even surprised us with a room upgrade. We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The view from the suite was incredible !! overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The room was clean and well organized. The service was amazing. Was the best hotel experience i ever had! I've booked a room named "fountain view", but the fountain was not even partially visible from the room. I had to go out to the balcony and lean and turn to left to be able to see the fountain. A very nice hotel, we had a beautiful view and the water pressure in the shower is next level. Fountains have music every 30min until 11pm so sleeping before they finish is difficult. Very nice big rooms, I highly recommend it.
