One of the best hotels in Dubai. They have you covered in everything. Literally, hospitality 10/10, location 10/10, air-conditioned walking tunnel to Dubai Mall as well. Honestly, they deserve it. If you’re looking for big rooms, look no further than this hotel. Worth every penny. I don’t usually give 5 stars, but this, I really can’t complain about anything. Their breakfast is also 10/10.

We had the Christmas Jo Malone afternoon tea at Amber lounge. I had mentioned to the staff ahead of time that my husband is vegetarian and they made sure to make the sandwiches were all veg instead. Very good location, near to my work office. I had the pleasure getting a free room upgrade — staying in a large 2 bedroom suite though I arrived late. The breakfast was of good variety and all of the staff from valet, reception, room service and restaurant are all exceptional and polite. Will recommend and stay again.
