That's my 4th time here and it has been always great. Extremely convenient location, a few steps away from Gold Souk subway station, with easy access to downtown and to the airport. Even after midnight, when the subway is closed, bus C01 still links the hotel to/from airport terminal 3 all night long. Great overall experience. The rooms were of really good size and loved the pool, the gym and the restaurans. The beds were fantastic. Very close to Gold Souq. There are restaurants around. There is a swimming pool on the terrace floor. The hotel reception helps with everything. The rooms are clean and useful. This is usually my choice in Dubai.

Very cooperative management, rooms were good, nice location.

The staff were very helpful. They had a self self desk for bags but they still helped us. They even ordered us a taxi to out next destination.

It is a hotel inserted in the setting of the Dubai gold souk, well structured and with discreet rooms, although different from European and American standards. The hotel's infrastructure is really great. But they need to improve their facilities and service little more. The room service is great. One thing I didn't like that they didn't check regularly if all appliances are working in the room or not, we had to inform them after check in that this things are not working. But then it was fixed. Otherwise great hotel.

It has a swimming pool,gym and sauna and they do tours around Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The staff are great even though some can be rude and the food it great. But overall it is nice!!

I liked the price and the room was more than enough for solo traveller. The location is good as it is nearby Metro station but not the main line of metro. it is far from city center. You have to take 2 metros to reach the city centre and all famous attractions. However It is nearby the airport

It's okay, but the toilet lid had some stains, the shower was leaking, we weren't able to set the water cold enough. However, they were helpful and there's a good cantina at the entrance.

This hotel is rated one star (saw that at the entrance) and its not bad. The rooms are fair and are well maintained. It is a 3 floor building with a lift befitting it's size. It has nice interiors in the rooms and good arrangement too. The entrance to the hotel is choked within some shops making it not easily visible. All the same its a nice place to lodge.

Well, for the price it's good. It's safe and relatively close to a metro station. But our room had a relatively dirty feel to it, A/C was loud, and it had some small cockroaches. Be careful with the breakfast eggs, mines were 2 months old, not expired but maybe not refrigerated well because my stomach hurt after.

Hotel is located near metro train station, intercity bus terminal and congested markets. Rooms are simple, clean and have all necessary facilities. Its a good value for money. Breakfast is included in the room rent and has fixed menu of 4 slices of bread with butter, jam, 2 boiled eggs and two cups of tea.

You basically get what you pay for with this hotel. It's located walking distance from the souks and water taxis. Very busy commercial area with lots of locals and less tourists. When I arrived my room was not ready so they put me in an enormous room for the night. That may not have been so bad if the room was clean. Not sure why such weak rating? We arrived in Dubai after hols in India so it seemed like a palace to us! Massive room, clean sheets, towels, free English style breakfast. Bathroom could do with a refurb but otherwise great budget hotel near metro.

Nice place for the money you have to pay, no carpet only flagstone, the bathroom was not that clean, overall good price value balance. The breakfast could vary more.
