I was very impressed by the hotel but mainly Vinith, he would ensure our room was deep cleaned every day. We had interconnecting rooms for me, my wife, kids, mum and sister and so the room would get really messy and dirty but he would arrange the cleaning times around our schedule and make sure the room was cleaned and nothing was missed. We had a great stay at Hilton Dubai the walk. As a diamond member we‘ve got an upgrade to a nicer room with sea view. Also the receptionist was very nice and gave us a late checkout until 4pm.
