Gevora was a great hotel, it was nearby to a lot of things however due to the one way system on their highway it added quite a long time to the journey

The view from the room was stunning however the windows desperately needed a clean. Other than that, the people were great and the hotel was lovely

Their room service menu has a variety of dishes, the room itself gets cleaned sometimes twice a day. I've not had any problems at all

Generally it was a nice accommodation. The only thing is that; my room were faced to high way. Although I was in 10th floor room was quite noisy that was coming from cars from the high way. The rest was fine.

Check-in at night was very fast. Reda at the front desk was very nice. Free room upgrade and she didn't keep urging you to check out on time.

I booked deluxe room because there was no choice when i booked. And it was big2 bedroom livingroom bathroom kitchen 2bathrooms also they have laundry machine. Breakfast was also so good and you can eat with nice view

Nihala at the reception was very agile, courteous and checked us in at the lightening speed. Room cleaning routine was good and meticulous. Breakfast food had varieties but South Indian food was not upto the mark

If you have plan to go Aquaventure or that jumeraih area you can use free shuttle to emirates mall and take a taxi to your destination. Receptions at front desk and breakfast restaurant are all so kind

Great hotel for a business stay or staying central in Downtown - the view from Executive room is pretty good but not spectacular as Burj Khalifa is not so front and center

The restaurants are one better than the other (I suggest the Japanese fusion with funk music) I lost my AirPods and were found and saved by security. The check in and out process are really efficient

Everything was amazing, but there are a few flaws. The wifi didn’t reach out to our bedrooms, we had to go to our living room. Water started to leak out of the showers when it was turned on.

I travelled solo to Dubai and stayed at Four Points by Sheraton on SZR twice. The location is super convenient, along the main Sheikh Zayed Road and walkable to two different metro stations

I absolutely love this hotel! I stayed on the club floor which included an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa, an exclusive lounge on the 24 floor where you can have happy hour, afternoon tea, and breakfast, as well as having a personal butler 24/7

I loved the service I got on the club lounge as well throughout the hotel. I loved how there was a shuttle to take you to the Dubai mall. The shuttle runs every hour expect for 6pm

The person who assisted us asked if it was our first time, and when we said yes, he kindly gave us a paper with all the important hotel information, including details about the breakfast buffet and the pool

All the staff were very accommodating and approachable throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious — we truly enjoyed every meal

We also loved the stunning view from the pool and the romantic atmosphere during our dinner at night. It was truly a memorable experience!
