The contact number posted on social media was not answering despite several attempts. We were only able to secure a reservation by calling the hotel directly and asking to be transferred to the restaurant

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible concierge, Sunday. From the moment I arrived, Sunday made me feel like the most important guest in the building

We had a great dining experience at Le Murooj Restaurant. The food was excellent — from the cold cuts and live roast to the fresh breads, fruits, and desserts. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable

Access to the restaurant was slightly challenging due to ongoing road works, but it was still manageable to enter, so not a major issue. The only real concern we faced was with making a booking

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The two-bedroom family room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for us. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety for both adults and children

Suci, our waitress, was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, attentive, and genuinely assisting us with all her heart. Her service truly made our visit more enjoyable

Gevora was a great hotel, it was nearby to a lot of things however due to the one way system on their highway it added quite a long time to the journey

The view from the room was stunning however the windows desperately needed a clean. Other than that, the people were great and the hotel was lovely

He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything. His warm and professional behavior made a huge difference in our experience

Their room service menu has a variety of dishes, the room itself gets cleaned sometimes twice a day. I've not had any problems at all

Generally it was a nice accommodation. The only thing is that; my room were faced to high way. Although I was in 10th floor room was quite noisy that was coming from cars from the high way. The rest was fine.

Check-in at night was very fast. Reda at the front desk was very nice. Free room upgrade and she didn't keep urging you to check out on time.

There is a small Carrefour next to the hotel which is convenient. If you want a reasonablely affordable stay with a full service hotel (if limited) - it is fine. Personally, I will not stay again for a business trip

I booked a Burj Khalifa view room and was allocated a room on the 14th floor, which is the highest floor in the hotel. The rooms are all the same size, with only the bed type (queen or twin) being different

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooms was bright, spacious and immaculately clean. The rooms are well stocked with water and toiletries, the staff are lovely and very close to Burj Khalifa

The only issue ( which is something probably out of their control) is the pool area is in the shade after midday and the smell of south Asian spices/cooking is present in the lobby and pool areas (food is delicious btw)
