Rove City Walk is perfect stay. If for business or for a family holiday, the location - a two minute walk to the beautiful city walk and very close to downtown, the staff in particular Sita are amazing and so attentive

At rush time (breakfast & evening) the lofts are full, which will force you to choose the best one, and that eats up a lot of time. Overall, if you can find a good deal, it's a great value for money

The only downside was the slow elevators, but apart from that, everything else exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city

I liked my 4 night stay in gevora. The best part is the location and close proximity to the metro stop. The corner room has 2 washrooms, which was really nice to see

above 13 floors are issued only for an additional fee, a view from the window to the next house. dirty windows destroy the view from the window (65 floor).

Great location! the pool is only on the 4th floor, around the basin is under construction, on a noisy day!

The breakfast buffet offered variety of delicious options and had the chance to try the recommended ones from pastries to desserts. The staff members for the buffet breakfast in the restaurant were welcoming and friendly

We spent an incredible stay in this Hotel. It is perfectly location, less than 10 min safe walking to Dubai Mall and DIFC. All the personnel is very kind and polite. The checkin and checkout were also to be noted

Very comfortable stay Went for our online business meet up held on 21 December 2024 and stayed 3 nights at Towers Rotana where I felt really home

The welcoming of all staff was absolutely amazing from the first moment we entered into the hotel as they made us feel extremely comfortable, especially ISLAM in the reception who I sincerely have to thank him personally for his kindness and valuable assistance

In particular, Adnan stood out for his exceptional service. His warm demeanor, attentiveness, and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. He made sure that all my needs were met promptly and always with a smile

Our housekeeper attendant, Adnan was the best! He is very attentive and helpful, always made sure everything was good and that we had enough of everything and we were comfortable during our whole stay

He always had little surprises for my son like making him towel animals, a toy basket and giving him his own slipper and robe. He definitely made our stay here more memorable and enjoyable

My recent stay at the Carlton Downtown Dubai Hotel was fantastic. The highlight was the breathtaking view of Sheikh Zayed Road from my window, which perfectly captured the essence of Dubai's vibrant cityscape

I must commend the Housekeeping Supervisor, Kundan, for his nice gesture of sending us a mini complimentary cake for my birthday and the Front Desk Reception from Myanmar, who is also so polite and accommodating

The bar at the rooftop is really great, the restaurants are amazing too. The location is great too, the metro station is at 2,3 minutes walk. You can get a cab at almost anytime right in front of the hotel

My only small complaint is that the windows don’t considering safety reasons but I understand that. Other than that I can not find anything negative about this hotel. Also the hospitality of the staff is great

Staff that stood out for me were Flora from level 3 breakfast, and Mausam (gentleman with glasses) and Sheryl from Level 4 breakfast. The gentleman that cleaned our room (3104- 17 Dec to 20Dec), did an excellent job
