Firstly, the staff…
Every single member of staff was outstanding — from reception and housekeeping to security and the leisure attendants. Everyone was so helpful and approachable, always willing to go the extra mile. Whenever we had a question or request, nothing was too much trouble. It honestly felt like we had a concierge service without the added cost!
Facilities:
* Free underground parking with plenty of spaces.
* Pools: A baby pool and a larger oval-shaped pool (around 12m long, 1.5m deep at its deepest point). There are steps at the shallow end and a ladder at the deep end. Pool towels were provided, and we were even allowed to take them outside the hotel with a refundable deposit from reception.
* Gym: Excellent setup with dumbbells up to 26kg, a Smith machine (with 20kg/15kg/10kg/5kg plates), resistance machines (leg extension, lat pull, ab crunch), gym balls, medicine balls, a cross trainer, treadmill, upright bike, and recumbent bike.
* Squash court: A full-sized court that could also be used for table tennis — loads of fun!
* Changing rooms: Equipped with a sauna and steam room.
The hotel’s design was also very well thought out. For example, we were on the 17th floor (with incredible views) yet could reach the pool on the ground floor in just about 30 steps from the lift — super convenient!
The Apartment:
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was simply huge and beautifully maintained. Both bedrooms were ensuite with powerful hot showers, fitted wardrobes, TVs, and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was strong and individually controlled in each room.
* The main bedroom had a safety deposit box and a bed larger than a UK super king.
* The second bedroom had two generous single beds (bigger than UK singles but not quite doubles).
* Living and dining area: Spacious, with a large TV and panoramic views.
* Kitchen: Fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, oven, and microwave.
* Laundry room: Hidden behind the kitchen door with a washer (15-minute cycle), ironing board, iron, and drying rack.
* The views from the windows and balconies were simply stunning.
Nearby Amenities:
The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Dubai Marina. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away. A supermarket sits across the road, and others (with deli counters) are a short walk away by the marina. Some great, affordable, and authentic spots we loved included Little Lamb Mongolian and Marina View Restaurant. There’s even a small play park under the bridge nearby for younger kids and toddlers.
Areas for Improvement:
Only a tiny suggestion: a bit more crockery in the apartment (we had at least four of most things) and perhaps some larger coffee mugs — the ones provided were more like tea cups. This is really minor and didn’t affect our stay at all. In fact, I’m sure if we’d asked, the staff would have happily brought more!
Overall:
An amazing apartment hotel with excellent leisure facilities and a prime location in Dubai Marina — everything you need is within walking distance. Considering the price we paid, it was fantastic value for money. We’d definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to all the staff for their warmth and hospitality!

The hotel was in Dubai Marina. Near to Dubai Marina Mall. I absolutely love this location, it’s just perfect! 🏖 Everything is close by, making it great for walks and relaxing. The hotel doesn’t have a bar, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The staff were wonderful people, always helpful and polite. Breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of dishes.

This is a home away from home. The location is very close to Dubai Metro Station and Tram Station. Futhermore the hotel apartments are next to lot of eating joints, supermarkets, etc.

The staff is very helpful. They help you with your queries, getting tickets arranged, ensuring you have a pleasant stay.

Apartments are really spacious and comfortable.

The staff are always very accomodating hospitable and kind. This hotel apartment are very spacious, clean, and beautiful. This is our fourth time to stay. Special thanks to the one Filipino attendant and also to the receptionist. Overall such a great stay.

Stayed a couple of days, would definitely recommend!

We've been upgraded to 2 beds-apartment on arrival.
Rooms are a bit old but still comfortable, hot water takes a while. Kitchen is equipped although the microwave had to be changed. Full toiletry provided, very clean sheets and blankets. Beds are maybe a bit too soft but we slept good.

Small but functional gym included, plus a little swimming pool with Marina view.

They let us stay in the pool until the afternoon after checking out, we had a shower and left for the airport. Great service and customer care until the last very moment which is very appreciated.

Would come back for sure!

Really a sweet place to stay with a kind staff and well situated to reach both public transports (very efficient, clean and fast) and the marina walk. My room was spacious and clean as it was the bathroom. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of food and comes with this music that I personally found relaxing. There is also a swimming pool, but I didn't have the chance to use it.
Recommend both for business and vacation.

The  hotel is perfectly situated, in the heart of marina.... Overall, the service was impeccable. The hotel staff made us a huge favor by arranging the party in hotel room. recommending excellent places to eat, and locating the best landmarks at the best times for us. Me n my hubby really enjoyed and we really recommend this hotel .

Just stayed at The Marina View for five nights,, it has everything you require from a hotel. Towels, iron and ironing board, washing machine. Very clean everywhere, shower is superb, staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely reccommend anyone to stay here.

Room on 2nd floor facing street was very noisy , partly due to faulty window.
No plug sockets near beds.
Night Light in kitchen area too bright..
