Jannah Place Dubai Marina

First of all I would like to point that It’s not my first time to stay in Jannah place on monthly basis. Last year we lived here with my daughter for 5 months.

Last month I moved In here at higher rate and was texting Marwa for whole month asking about updated rate in order to extend our stay, every Friday i was following up. Due to my high occupancy at work, I didn’t keep track of the exact checkout day, now please advise, did anyone remind me? Unfortunately no.

Can I expect the hotel staff to give their guests a call just a DAY prior or at least same day morning of checkout and remind? YES, that is something all hotels do.

Secondary, I would like to point out that Microwave was promised to be replaced in the first week of my check in as it has rust inside, and wasn’t replaced until now.

Additionally I asked for a table and chair for the balcony, they provided only 1 chair so far and no table.

In regards to washing and fixing loose hook on the curtains in the room also no action was taken until now. I hope the management will take this review into consideration and agree that it is normal to ask those things?

It is worth mentioning that last time when I stayed in this hotel for 5 months in a row I had an incident in my room in the late evening when I was laying on the bed naked and hotel security opened the door with master key and came to say hi. Did I call police? No. Did I open a case? No. I reported the incident to the reception and that was it.

I would appreciate if all the above mentioned points were taken into your hotel management kind consideration and improved. I went through enormous amount of stress today from Marwa and I don’t appreciate this treatment. I do apologize if I complicate your life by my presence in this hotel but something is obviously not right.

As it’s a holy month of Ramadan I also suggest we all can be more human and have more patience and respect towards each other.
