Nearby there is a promenade, a shop, restaurants.
But the hotel, of course, needs updating - outdated rooms, shabby furniture, a bathroom in need of repair.
Of course, these disadvantages do not offset its location, but for comfort, repairs would be very useful.
The staff is friendly, accommodating, they responded promptly to all questions and requests.
Very friendly and professional people though.
I emailed in advance as a VIP member of the reward program but did not get offered any room upgrades unfortunately.
The room was looking a bit tired and the furniture was a bit old and worn. The bathrooms could do with a deep clean and seals re-done. The main road outside is noisy. In the kitchen there is no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets supplied despite having a full kitchen. The air con is quite noisy and there was a random high pitched whine sound.
All in all it was ok to sleep in and a good location but really needs an update.
