Even what happened today came as no surprise, because this level of care is who you are. Your service goes beyond duty; it reflects patience, sincerity, and a deep commitment to guest comfort.

This hotel is complete disaster and should honestly be avoided at all costs. Nothing about this stay met even the most basic expectations. The property is run down, poorly managed, and clearly neglected.
Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. When problems were brought up, they were either ignored or brushed off with excuses. There was zero accountability and absolutely no effort to fix anything.
This hotel ruined our stay and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Charging money for an experience like this is outrageous. I regret staying here and would never return. If you value your time, money, or sanity, book literally anywhere else.
A very special thanks goes to Piumsiri from the concierge desk. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make me feel at home. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care transformed my stay from simply pleasant to truly exceptional. Every detail I needed help with, he handled flawlessly and always with a smile. It felt less like I was being assisted by hotel staff and more like I had a trusted friend looking out for me.
It’s rare to encounter someone who brings such dedication, professionalism, and heart to their work, but Piumsiri does exactly that. He didn’t just meet expectations — he exceeded them in every possible way. I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes the extraordinary value he brings, because he deserves all the appreciation (and a raise!) for the way he represents Radisson Blu.

Nearby there is a promenade, a shop, restaurants.
But the hotel, of course, needs updating - outdated rooms, shabby furniture, a bathroom in need of repair.
Of course, these disadvantages do not offset its location, but for comfort, repairs would be very useful.
The staff is friendly, accommodating, they responded promptly to all questions and requests.
