The first night here was fully over booked and and despite the fact that payment was made a day before we checked in, we were furious because we were placed in a studio apartment which was not what we booked but the front office manager Syed promised to upgrade us to a 2 bed room apartment and also offered us a free dinner. Even that he is doing most of work as he collect our bags to the room and he parked the car. 3 bedroom was fully occupied sizes more than enough the cleaning not that much look like less staff at duty some smoking smell from AC.

Very nice stay here. Close to downtown and creek, very convenient to access both E11 and E44 by car. The housekeeping staff Mr.Nitto works very hard and would love to pay attention to details. The room is clean, the reception staff like Mr.Francis also very helpful and the technicians as well, the overall stay experience exceeded my expectations.

The service is excellent from the moment you enter till you leave. We spent a year in this property and I cannot fault anything. Nadeem at the door did an exceptional job as Ramadan and the housekeepers as well. They were all willing to assist at any time.

The apartments are a bit dated but comfortable. My whole experience was great (Reception and housekeeping staff are extremely polite) until the end of my stay when I requested a monthly rate because I wanted an extension. I agreed on a rate with someone from the Reservation team but it was later changed to a higher rate. The issue was fixed after a lot of effort and following up from my side.

Top hotel! The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and they are at your service 0-24h. A beautiful view of the beautiful Marina and the main setaliste. The beach is close, about 15 minutes of sand to JBR. We plan to return to the same hotel again. All recommendations for the same.

Great location and views but little bit outdated inside, quite noisy even from 20th floor up and wifi signal bit weak in some areas. But rooms are big so for holiday purposes it's a good place to stay due to it's location.

We stayed for a week in August and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Bhabiek who was very hospitable and a credit to Hilton hotels. The rooms are average with very comfortable beds! Our only complaint is AC! It would be either freezing or too hot in the room! The staff is super helpful and they respond to customers needs immediately! Whatever you ask for arrives in a very short time! As if they were behind the door or something! Wifi worked fine.
