I always go to Busan center only for coffee and tea. This time I went for an extended Shopping and was there for almost 2 hours. Enjoyed the coffee at the café inside had an ice cream cream from McDonald’s bought some dresses and finally I went to the hypermarket and brought a lot of home items really love this place it’s nearby. It’s parking is easy always available things and always good to go.

This place is so much more than a luxury hotel. There is a huge shopping center, food court, and direct access to the metro train station connecting all the famous destinations in Dubai.

The mall is amazing—quiet, but one of the best. It has a serene atmosphere, which makes it perfect for relaxing. The stores are well-curated, offering a great shopping experience. Al bustan center is located in a prime location. However its as old as it can get. They have not upgraded anything in their rooms. The most concerning fact is WiFi is available only for a total of 45 minutes for the whole day, that too only on 2 devices. If you are with your family, this creates a lot of issues. This is amazing hotel! All staff are very friendly. The administrator Aung kindly gave us a big room with the best view. Room furnishings exceed all expectations. Location was great, private beach was probably the best thing about this hotel. We were given a room with a balcony at no extra cost even though we booked one without which was definitely a bonus. Nice looking rooms and layout.

The first night here was fully over booked and and despite the fact that payment was made a day before we checked in, we were furious because we were placed in a studio apartment which was not what we booked but the front office manager Syed promised to upgrade us to a 2 bed room apartment and also offered us a free dinner.
