What a brilliant hotel. Lovely two bed apartment with sea view. It was cleaned every day by housekeeping. Maintenance called to ensure we had no problems in the apartment. The location is a bit off. 15-30km drive on average for a one way trip to Dubai Marina or Dubai Mall. Some of roads that lead to the hotel have traffic. Also the service feels “forced”. During our visit in Feb. this year; Everything was Fabulous, from Rooms to The Dining Experiences. What amazed us and we all enjoyed a lot was the swimming pool absolutely kept and maintained clean by the hardworking staff there. Overall it was a memorable & great Trip there. As per my rating I would like to mention few things. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it really needs a makeover. Outdated rooms but very spacious which was good ( premium room ). Very nice hotel which is value for money during off season. Rooms are big. Take the view of Sheikh zayed road. Very close to the metro station. The staff here is very nice. They will greet you nicely and also call and hold the lift for you. Such small gestures makes you feel welcome.

Really good hotel in great location in Jumeirah area. Short walk to beach and to metro station. Great breakfast and clean rooms.
