The staff were genuinely helpful—especially QASIM. This cheerful, kind man truly went above and beyond. When my car was involved in a minor collision with another guest’s vehicle at the hotel, Qasim stood by us every step of the way. He followed up on the matter and showed genuine care for both parties until the issue was fully resolved. He really deserves our deepest thanks and appreciation.
However, a couple of things could be improved. The sofa in the apartment’s living area was not comfortable. Also, we noticed some insects inside the apartment—though this might be related to us occasionally opening the windows.
Also, a big thank you to Ala, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was incredibly helpful, especially with language support and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really stood out.
Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic pool area and a well-equipped gym. The location was ideal, providing easy access to major attractions and dining options. The staff's professionalism and warmth created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every detail was handled with care and precision.

The location is excellent (near Marina Mall with food courts and shops, Marina with restaurants and cafes, grocery stores, the beach is 15 minutes away, metro is 10 minutes away)
The condition of the rooms is good, better than in the photos on the website. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Daily cleaning is excellent. The pool is good, not deep, with views of the skyscrapers around.
We did not go to breakfast, we cooked breakfast in the apartment (very good kitchen in the room with a toaster, oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator and all the necessary utensils)
The views from the room to the Marina are attractive.
Of the small nuances - they did not congratulate me on my birthday (they did not react in any way) and when returning the deposit (700 dirhams) they showed a photo allegedly with a scratch on the leather of the sofa in the living room.
They tried to hint that something had to be decided, to which I said that it wasn't us and if necessary - there is a video review of the room upon arrival (it turns out to be a useful thing), after which they apologized and said that it was a mistake.
But overall we are very happy with our stay at this hotel. We can recommend it for the price/quality ratio.
