I stayed for 7 nights in a premium one bedroom suite, it was really nice. Felt like home, everything what I needed was there, on top I had great Marina view! There is a small gym and a pool in the hotel as well. I highly recommend the place.

Staff is great. Very kind. But hotel needs a great good renovation.. kitchen is not to be used at all. It’s globally not at all a 4/5 stars luxury prestation, it’s old and used. I will not come back, it’s not the Dubai standard.
Location is quite good though and the view was nice in our room
If you have experience in travelling, do not get fooled by reviews in Dubai as the staff always ask you to put 5 stars to thank them .. they do a great service and are so helpful.. but the hotel in itself does not deserve it ! The staff yes.
You cannot buy 5 stars review with chocolate and water bottles guys ..
promoting a Russian ponzi-scheme is not good either !

Amazing, clean rooms with beautiful views of the marina. The room had everything from kitchen utensils to a vacuum cleaner.
Housekeeping staff were amazing and front desk staff were very accomodating too. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1+ week stay here. 😊

Amazing hotel! We stayed 7 nights Rooms were nice and clean, we had such a nice view of the marina. Aziz was very accommodating and helpful any questions we had or anything we needed he was on top of it and made sure we were taken care of. 100% recommend!

Lovely hotel, convenient location and friendly staff. We got a great last min deal on a Studio but were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with a marina view balcony on arrival :)
The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. There's ample parking too so we had no issues parking our rental, other hotels nearby had said parking was subject to availability.
Location is ideal, few minutes walk from the marina with lots of restaurants and great views.
10/10, would definitely stay here again.

The best hotel apartments I have stayed in! Just checked out after more than 10 night stays in the Royal Regency Suites and I could not fault this hotel! Every single staff member from house keeping, security and restaurant staff everyone has been so helpful and made us feel so welcome every single day. The apartments are Beautiful and a good size, so clean and house keeping attended every day to clean our rooms . I really recommend this hotel apartments, it has been my favourite yet, and I really hope to return soon. Special Thanks to Mr.Aziz and Ms.Sarah to facilitate my arrangements every time with The beautiful treatment and care they gave me during my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Regency Suites I find it super great. Brand new Clean and neat fully new furnished apartment with beautiful marina view
We took 2bedroom on 25floor with such a great marina view the apartment itself feels hommie I and my parents was so happy with our stay
very professional friendly,happiest and helpful staffs ,mainly Tuhin the man who mostly assisting on the entrance he was so helpful and I would like to thank you all the staff especially the manager Mr Vinodh…we will Defenetly come back again!!

This hotel is amazing and great value for money! Excellent service from all staff. Special mention to Mr Aziz at reception for upgrading us to a premium room at the top floor with spectacular views of the Marina. Gokul the swimming guard gave special attention to all the kids in the pool and made it extra fun for them. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Thank you everyone in management - my family really enjoyed our time in Dubai Marina and we will certainly visit again... You really deserve 7 stars!

This is a hotel apartments, for long stay you can choose this hotel for solo, couple or family, location is good it is alongside with Marina Mall, behind Marina Walk, Metro station is 10 mins by walk. Rooms are good, they have rooms, studio, one bedroom apartment also. Overall its a good place to live with family for long stay. They have a travel desk also The girl sitting on Travel desk Named Anam is very cooperative and professional. Other All staff of hotel is also cooperative.

Whilst in Dubai for work, I spent 10 nights at the Royal Regency Holiday Homes. It was perfect for what I needed - clean, great location, friendly staff and with a lovely swimming pool and small gym. I’d definitely consider staying again and recommend it to others visiting Dubai and wanting to stay in the marina area.
