I do not recommend this hotel. Service is the worst of all hotels where I have been stayed. At the front desk there are people who are rude and do not know how to adequately answer to questions. They gave one key for two people. When I lost my key, I went to the reception to ask for a new key, the man at the front desk with a disgruntled face and tone refused to give us the key to our room. We had to ask them every time to open the door. The mood has been ruined

Everything was great as we expected. We ask them to prepare things for our anniversary and they did great. We had a small issue in the room and they solve it and offer us to change room if we want. Thank you Fayaz, Umesh,Lie, Arvind and Shameer for great service during our stay.

The hotel was perfect to stay in Dubai. All the employees wants to help you. I would like to mentioned Tonqueer in the restaurant and his team. I am intolerant to lactose and he did the maximum to provide me a vegan milk. Thank you so much. I will repeat this hotel for sure

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Firstly, the housekeeping service took an unusually long time to complete, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the TV channels were not working, making it difficult to unwind after a long day. I also found the food options in the restaurant to be very limited and not up to par. Lastly, the swimming pool was in poor condition, which was very disappointing. I expected better quality and maintenance during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

I stayed for 7 nights in a premium one bedroom suite, it was really nice. Felt like home, everything what I needed was there, on top I had great Marina view! There is a small gym and a pool in the hotel as well. I highly recommend the place.

Staff is great. Very kind. But hotel needs a great good renovation.. kitchen is not to be used at all. It’s globally not at all a 4/5 stars luxury prestation, it’s old and used. I will not come back, it’s not the Dubai standard.
Location is quite good though and the view was nice in our room
If you have experience in travelling, do not get fooled by reviews in Dubai as the staff always ask you to put 5 stars to thank them .. they do a great service and are so helpful.. but the hotel in itself does not deserve it ! The staff yes.
You cannot buy 5 stars review with chocolate and water bottles guys ..
promoting a Russian ponzi-scheme is not good either !

Amazing, clean rooms with beautiful views of the marina. The room had everything from kitchen utensils to a vacuum cleaner.
Housekeeping staff were amazing and front desk staff were very accomodating too. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1+ week stay here. 😊

Amazing hotel! We stayed 7 nights Rooms were nice and clean, we had such a nice view of the marina. Aziz was very accommodating and helpful any questions we had or anything we needed he was on top of it and made sure we were taken care of. 100% recommend!

Lovely hotel, convenient location and friendly staff. We got a great last min deal on a Studio but were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with a marina view balcony on arrival :)
The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. There's ample parking too so we had no issues parking our rental, other hotels nearby had said parking was subject to availability.
Location is ideal, few minutes walk from the marina with lots of restaurants and great views.
10/10, would definitely stay here again.
