City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments

Was nice and good location, and also the atmosphere was ok and very good

This was our second time at this hotel, and we would definitely book it a third time. Best location in the marina

Whatever you need, whole staff is there to make your stay easier and comfortable. Everyone was kind and smiling all the time. Somewhere you can feel yourself at home.

Good hotel, great varied breakfasts. They take you to the beach, though once a day at 9.30, and you have to walk back on your own. Also at 9.12 a bus picks you up and brings you back to Dubai Outlet Mall. Of course, if you walk to the beach on your own, it's a bit far. Last time we stayed at Signature, it was closer to walk there, but here Dubai Marina Mall is nearby, a small Carefour store, Domino's pizza is not far away, in short, everything is within walking distance, and the metro, and the tram, and even bus number 8 to go to the sail.
I liked the hotel itself, it's always clean, daily cleaning, they wash the dishes, everything is there as usual, shampoos, toothbrushes, etc. This year (2025) there is a construction site nearby, so it was not very comfortable to be near the pool under the hammer drill, so we did not stay there for long. Breakfasts are all there, even twice a week there was red fish, fruits, sweets, cheeses, sausages, fresh and stewed vegetables, all sorts of potato things were cooked, pancakes and Viennese waffles with Nutella and some syrup was standing nearby. Oatmeal, yogurts, freshly squeezed juices, croissants ... In short, you will not remain hungry.
There is one Russian-speaking employee, but if there was none, then a translator will help you.
I did not like that the noise of the road is audible, because the old windows are clearly in one double-glazed window, and the curtains do not go along the entire wall, but only the window and accordingly the sun's light on the sides wakes you up in the morning, but this may be for the best, who gets up early, as they say, everywhere is a road))).

We booked a two-room apartment for 4 days. It has everything you need: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine (though for some reason the capsules were only given out for the first two days). The washing machine was not turned on. The room was cleaned every day. Various toiletries were replenished in the bathroom every day, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. Bathrobes were given out upon request. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, except for the building under construction nearby. I think that in six months, maybe a year the construction will be finished and the view will be even more beautiful. The hotel has a free shuttle to the beach (it's not far from there on foot) and to the outlet (a 30-minute drive and only 2 hours for shopping). The bus schedule is at the reception. There are a couple of small pools, a gym. The pool offers a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina embankment. There is a Russian-speaking employee. Thank you! He helped us with many questions. All the employees are friendly and smiling! We were pleased with the hotel we chose.

We had a wonderful stay in City Premiere apartment. I want sincerely to thank Michel G who was really amazing from the first day we came and during all our stay, we got a superb apartment with a full marina view and the daily room service was very good, Nothing missed!

Super excellent view with free upgrade to what I booked via booking.com. Egyptian guys in the reception was very friendly. There is a well-equipped gym and good smimming pool. Excellent service to rooms. There is a grocery shop just a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is in a strategic place on the marina.

Accommodation at City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments is the best it can be in Dubai. We have been to Dubai 4 times, but this accommodation is perfect. It has everything, super climate, super equipment of the apartment. We had a 1 bedroom apartment it was perfect. The service that cleaned us was perfect, clean, clean towels every day. And finally, the best is Elsayed at the reception, whom we want to thank and we are already looking forward to our stay in April 2025.

Stayed in these serviced apartments in the marina area, 1st class service from this Hotel/Apartments, excellent attention to detail in every member of staff, on site restaurant, swimming pool and spa/ gym too, 5 min walk to Marina mall and 5 min walk in the opposite direction to the Metro, I would choose to stay here again on my next trip to Dubai, highly recommend.
