I am very impressed with the cleanliness of my room, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to Sarfaraz for his excellent service during breakfast; he made the experience even more enjoyable with his friendly attitude and helpfulness😊.

Mr Sarfaraj and Ms Aman are found to be good service providers for the customers during the breakfast session at the restaurant.
They extend very warm greetings as well as customer focused service to the customers.

Best thing is Break fast, lots of options.taste is good. Miss Aman and Mr Sarfaraz very careful and supportive.very humble and polite.

I would like to appreciate Receptionist and supervisors also.
They are ready to help regardless of what time it is.

The service at Rasam is very good. The food quality is very good. I am having breakfast every day and the choice of breakfast options is too good. Mr Sarfaraz is very kind and helpful in serving the breakfast.

My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chelsea Hotel Apartments in Dubai’s Discovery Garden, and we couldn’t be more impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly wonderful stay.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing all the comforts we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped, giving us the perfect balance of luxury and convenience. The location is ideal too, nestled in the peaceful Discovery Garden, yet close enough to key attractions and public transport.

I must give special praise to the hotel receptionist, Miss Khushnuma Ahmed, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. Whether it was helping us with local recommendations or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, she made us feel like valued guests at every turn. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made our stay even more memorable.

Overall, Chelsea Hotel Apartments exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and the exceptional hospitality from Miss Khushnuma made this a stay we won’t forget. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Dubai!

The Chelsea Gardens Hotel Apartments is situated in Discovery Gardens. We stayed here for 12 Days on our first visit to Dubai. The Complimentary breakfast spread at the hotel is really good. They include Indian dishes too. There was a tiny Kitchen with all amenities in our room and we cooked our own meals whenever we felt like. There was also a huge balcony . Also there are several restaurant and supermarkets near the hotel, which is great!
The staff was very pleasant and the room service was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

It's a decent hotel and with good customer service and very near by to Groceries,bus stop,Ibn batutta mall and Metro station.

Very good location especially its close to Dubai Free Zone were all bug companies are located.
Location is very good and quite and very near from ibn batuta mall.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and quite
Prices are money worthy and affordable.
I would recommend this place especially if you are in business trip.
Disadvantages: far away from Dubai airport and dubai city center.
