I stayed for five days, and I am grateful to all the staff for making my experience so enjoyable.
I must make special mention about Naresh who has been wonderful support in room service. Very polite and friendly takes care of my requirements well. The highlight was the room door would never open with a room key card because the lock receiver was broken. Once they told that they would send to fix it.. Next time when this happened the same person gave another reason for the same that if we keep the card near a phone or a magnetic card it would not work. I mean how?
