Very big and quiet rooms with good furniture and excellent air conditioning. Hotel is in a great location in the Corniche. Excellent, tasty and wide choice of breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities. Staff is very very helpful.
Only point of criticism would be that you guys need to change the bedroom carpets and bathrooms as they are getting slightly old now.

Stay away if you value your health!! I stayed at this hotel for one night and as a repurcussion I have been sick for 3 days since due to the high mould content available within the hotel rooms and lobbies. I am finding it hard to breathe due to the allergy reaction to mould. I have reported them to the Sharjah Tourism Authority. For this poor level of accomadation no amount of hospitality can be justified.

I recently stayed at copthorne and unfortunately had a deeply unpleasant experience. During my stay, I contracted a severe allergy to mould, which I believe was caused by poor cleanliness or upkeep of the rooms. As someone with a history of allergies, this was extremely distressing and impacted my health significantly.
The hotel's lack of attention to hygiene standards, particularly in terms of dampness and mould, is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address this issue to ensure future guests don't have to endure what I did.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness and health safety. It’s crucial that these concerns are taken seriously.

The location is very good. Staff are generally helpful. Food choice is a bit limited. There was a big party (football team) staying, but running out of basics like fries is unbelievable. Also had to wait nearly an hour for a grilled sandwich with potato wedges (as they had run out of fries again)!

The high price is due to location only
Staff are respectful
Rooms are clean
But in booking they shows city view, when you move to room its just window show of other buildings, so those rooms are not worth to pay even 150aed.
Its dark and very boring
Their customers service follow ups are there but even with feedback, you wont get anythings, seems like she is just doing her job, not to satisfy customers but to only complete checklist.
Overall experience of 6 days was good, but boring too much…
Swimming pool is good …
Cafe shop has more 🦟mosquitos, which is totally not at all comfortable zone, i was wearing short….
Hopefully to get next round of stay and update my Review…

We had a great stay, clean rooms and great service. I would totally recommend. The dry cleaning was very affordable and efficient as well.

I could say that I got a good experience and have a nice stay, it was not arranged or prepared to stay here, but I enjoyed the hotel. The room found with a 9/10 of facilities that you mostly find in the same hotel's rank. The hotel view is nice direct to Almajaz Island and the gulf or Cornish. The food provided i could give 7/10. But you easily could find alot of restaurants and shops all around. Hotel is far from any bus station mostly you will need to use the cap.

We had an amazing stay of 4 nights in Copthorne hotel Sharjah. 18 people of 11 rooms. From day one the cooperation with the management was awesome, on our arrival we had very quick check-in as we had shared all the details clearly with the management. The team in the hotel was flexible and very helpful in everything, from reception to housekeeping team. Breakfast was perfect everyday.
Special thanks to Ms Imane with all the support and hard work she did before and during our stay.
I recommend to all this hotel, and as for myself, i won't search any other hotel.

I booked this hotel for 10 nights on a friend's recommendation.
What a shockingly sad and truly horrible experience.
1. From the front desk, getting my name wrong - even though I gave them my passport on check-in.
2. Restaurant staff not knowing their hotel prices/offers , quick to charge wrong amounts; slow to credit that back.
3. The room. See my video and pic.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely NOT, even if they paid me to stay there!
My advice to any business traveller to stay away; you will be mentally tormented, depressed, stressed, tired; and once you have parted with your monies, forget refunds!
Rather than some imbecile from the hotel reading this and replying to my review with a lame, 'we will improve next time' - there will be NO next time. You need to demolish this place and build a better foundation and start all over! You lack the very fundamentals of hospitality and care, towards your guests, the very ethos your business is supposedly built on.
Luckily for you I am not American, otherwise, you would have a lawsuit on your hands Mr. Millennium!

Experience is limited to an Iftar party during Ramadan. The food was nice. Desserts were most eaten and grill items was tasty. The quality of dates served needs improvement.
